I made an appointment to get an RSV and Tetanus shot. When I got there I was told they didn't have the tetanus shot and that they tried to call me, but no one answered and he didn't leave a voice mail. My cell phone would have recorded the attempt - the person lied. He also questioned if I should get the RSV shot. I thought he was lazy and left the store. I got my other shots at Walgreens and had a very pleasant experience.

To the doctor and pharmacist on duty today, thank you so much for helping my out of town guest with her medicine. They went above and beyond, and my diabetic friend now has what she needs, avoiding a long early trip home. Will definitely be back!

CVS Pharmacy on Park St. in New Canaan FINALLY hired a polite, kind, helpful person named Tricia. She found my prescription within 2 seconds and also helped me find an OTC supplement that I was looking for, and she went and got it for me herself, also within 2 seconds. I really appreciated her help and her welcoming demeanor.

Rude. Inconsiderate. Judgy. Disrespectful. Unhelpful. The pharmacist needs some Vitamin D, and to touch some grass, and so does her fellow employees. They do not care for the well being of their customers. They do not make environment pleasant even though people are picking up their medications for horrible illnesses. They talk to customers like we are peasants. It has been a chore to come get my prescriptions ever since Jason retired, he was the light of my life. I will be switching pharmacies to the Walgreens on Pine Street, and I have never been more excited. xoxo

I don't know what to say. I agree with the other customers in that I would give this pharmacy a zero if I could. My family used this pharmacy for over 20 years. Recently, there is a change in how the pharmacy runs and it's just not the same. Last Saturday morning, I was on hold for 25 minutes. I was waiting to speak to the pharmacist to update my doctor's information on file. I gave up waiting on the phone and I decided to drive there. There was one customer in the pharmacy area. I spoke to the pharmacist and gave her my "new" doctor's full name, address, phone and fax number. I said that I was going to run out of meds in 2 days so I needed them to contact my doctor to refill the prescription. I went back to the CVS pharmacist the following week only to find out that my record was not updated with the doctor's information. My "new doctor" called in the order and it wasn't filled. NOTE: The only way to speak to a pharmacist is to go there in person. Really. Now, I am w/o my medication for several days. My doctor's office claims that they called CVS and asked them to re-fill my meds...but CVS claims no one called. So here I am w/o meds in an endless never-ending loop. Time to find another pharmacy!

Fix your credit card reader! I am upset and embarrassed that I was forced to pay with my debit card yesterday. My Visa company let me know they were not seeing charges coming through and were not declining anything. I shouldn’t have had to pay with a different card. Also, no one answers the phone when I called to speak with someone about this.

Utterly inept. I just came in to pick up two prescriptions that I'd dropped off a couple of days ago. The woman at the register told me one was ready, and that I'd have to wait for the second one, waving me over to a chair by the wall. After ten to fifteen minutes of waiting I went back to the counter and asked how long it would be. A different attendant was now on duty. He pointed to the computer screen and said one prescription was in, but that the other was out of stock. I grew heated, wondering why I'd been steered to the waiting area. As I was becoming conspicuous with my anger, the bedraggled pharmacist, fearing a scene, came over to try to defuse my anger, citing "supply chains," etc., as the cause for the delay. I understand supply chains, but was I supposed to wait by the wall until the delivery truck arrived in a day or two?!

I'd give no stars if I could. Rude, rude, rude. Didn't listen to my question -- told me "there was nothing they could do for me" when the answer was on the SECOND LINE of the Rx listing. STUPID STUIPD STUPID. Sadly, this is the only CVS where I have that problem...wonder why?

If I could give 0 stars, I would. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Did not listen to my question or let me elaborate -- which would have helped her figure out my problem. Instead "there's nothing we co do for you!". STUPID STUPID STUPID. The second line held the answer to my question. She just needed to read further down -- or listen to me. I understand how hard it must be...but kindness goes a long way in these times.

Of all CVS locations this New Canaan location is the worst. A new pharmacist there is making it even worse to go here. Lines are awful, service is rude and they frankly make errors on a regular basis. New Canaan needs to step up and use our other locations to refill rx's.

DO NOT GO TO THE PHARMACY HERE!!!! Go to Walgreens on Pine Street in New Canaan instead. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Every single time I go they either forget to give me one of my prescriptions or forget to put my insurance in and tell me these crazy prices I have to pay when in reality the insurance makes it free. Unfortunately my insurance only allows me to get my reoccurring prescriptions from CVS and not Walgreens, which is why I SADLY have to go here. The pharmacists are the worst pharmacists I have met in my entire life-- and that's saying something considering I've met MANY. Currently trying to find a way to report this pharmacy to the head of CVS.
