Furthermore, since their schedule opened up, they actually came the same day and David did a great service. I am very happy with the company and would highly recommend it.”

“Although this store is much smaller than the one in Greenwich, the service is absolutely amazing. When I walked in I was greeted by the staff immediately. Justine knows that it's my very first time there, he quickly shows me where everything is. He also pointed out the sales items. I took an item to the fitting room to try it on. Justine checked with me if the shirt fits and offered to bring me a slightly larger one. While he was ringing up my item, I described one item that I like from the store and he immediately helped me to look for it, although he couldn't my size. The customer service in this store is undoubtedly superb.”

“I like going to Wave with my elementary age daughter to pick out birthday gifts for her friends. The ladies that work there are so nice and so helpful. They are also respectful of my budget. You can easily find a gift for a child like a piece of jewelry, ring dish, compact mirror, etc for around $20. Most recently, my daughter selected a cute pair of smiley face earmuffs. To add to the experience, they gift wrap the item so nicely!!! It is one less thing I have to do and think about, which is very appreciated. I will continue to support this small local business because of these reasons.”

The general manager Victoria's above and beyond involvement along with her 2 Polo savvy knowledgeable sales associates Corey and Krista will give you a helluva shopping excursion. You have to experience it for your self, ask for them by name. ?% you will not be disappointed. My wife and I are still talking about it, how about that. Wether I am looking for a gift or something for myself they are always super helpful at helping me find the right size showing me all the color options and ordering anything they may not have in store at the moment to have it shipped to me. These associates are always super warm and welcoming and make my day every time I visit. Truly one of my favorite locations from all the J.Crew Stores in New England.
