Had car troubles on a road trip and needed fast service on a Friday afternoon. Gave them a call and Matt said they would do everything they could to fit us in. Not only did they get us in and out within an hour, Matt was incredibly friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

I called and asked for an estimate to replace brake pads on my car which I explained needed to be replaced. They said they would need to see the vehicle to give an estimate. I told them I’d stop by and asked for an oil change to make it worth my while to drive there. I received no oil change and they charged me $200 for a brake inspection to tell me I needed brake pads. I told them I needed brake pads before I came in, no inspection was required or asked for.
When I disputed the charge with my credit card company they flat out lied about what transpired and said I came in complaining about squeaky brakes and which required a brake inspection.
This place is beyond shady. To boot, their quote to replace the brakes was more than the dealer, so their prices are terrible too.

We moved to New Canaan two years ago and found Matt and Sean to be so friendly and helpful. Their work is top notch, and they've even come to.pick me up in the UPS parking lot when my transmission blew and I couldn't put my car in gear. They are busy (because they are so good) but always find time to fix us up in a timely manner.They even put batteries in four of our car fobs for free.
