“Had a gnarly looking blaze of paint about 18” X 2’ scraped into my car paint and leading edge of rear wheel fender arch. I called my reliable car guru friend for advice who confidently referred me to Formula X. Owner Harlan was super professional in his communication and paint technician skills. I was totally satisfied with his expertise in transforming my damage paint to like-new!”
“I brought my G80 M3 to Darien Detail for PPF and tint. I worked with Justin and he was great. I had a very short timeline to work with and he was able to fit me in and meet the deadline. I am very obsessive about everything that gets done to my car and the work that these guys do is perfect. Nearly every edge is tucked unless it is not possible and the install is nearly invisible. I opted for the drivers package along with the rear bumper and they were very thoughtful about where to put PPF on the car for complete protection. During the very minimal disassembly, one of the clips on the side vent pieces broke. They ordered two new side vent pieces from the local BMW dealership and replaced them for no additional charge to me. Many lesser shops might just reinstall the vent piece with a broken clip and not tell me, but they went above and beyond to leave my car in perfect condition. Darien Detail has won a customer for life.”

“I recently got my new 2025 Tesla Model 3 windows tinted by Auto Customs and had an amazing experience from start to finish. I placed an inquiry online via their website and Patrick reached out in a timely manner and answered all questions I had. I was looking to get the windows done ASAP and he was able to get me in the next day. The shop is immaculate and you can tell they take great care and pride in their craftsmanship with the level of cars that they were actively working on in the shop. After dropping off my car in the morning, they were able to get my car completed by that evening and I was thoroughly impressed. Patrick had made some great recommendations on percentage of tinting and I’m glad I listened to him because I love the way it turned out. It was exactly the look I was going for with a black car. “Andres and his partner did an AMAZING job cleaning my car inside and out. With 3 young kids and never having had this done before, my car was a disaster, sand and crumbs everywhere. Once it had been cleaned, my 3 year old got in and asked if I had gotten a new car. I was very impressed with this service. We traveled to Greenwich to hopefully give him the chance to see Paganis, Ferraris and McClarens up close and personal. I had warned him ahead of time that we might not be able to enter the showrooms because we are non-buyers. Well, every single show room that we went to was accommodating and friendly and kind. “I agree with another, this place is a hidden gem! Ray was one of the few people that could help with our BMW and although it's not a shiny place- I watched him put on booties and take very good care of the car. He is honest, priced fairly, goes above and beyond, fast, and responsive. Close to post and former military. The import place in Alexandria is shiny but when I took it in for another issue, they had our car for over TWO months, left it a wreck, damaged parts of the exterior (for an interior job) - was a nightmare. The locals recommend Ray and so glad they did. Don't hesitate to use him. I miss service and establishments like this.”
“Visiting Miller Motors I found the several sales departments and all personal to be extremely classy and each person had the experience and knowledge of the very high end Ferrari, Bentley, Aston Martin, Porsche, Audi, BMW, Land Rover, Mercedes and of course the new Electric Rolls Royce! “I've been using the Norwalk location infrequently for years. When doing so I just wanted a single, quick, no-frills wash. The cashier staff are obviously working with some kind of commission/bonus for selling the monthly passes, because they push it hard. You generally have to say 'no' to them 2-3 times before they relent and let you buy a one-off wash. It can get annoying.Then I purchased a white car. What was I thinking? In a month of ownership I've been there twice, so I figured I would try the base-level monthly and see how it goes - I'll update my results with this program here later. One benefit of it seems to be the automated entrance once you have their sticker on your windshield. This place is a madhouse on weekends, with backup traffic lines blocking Route 7 sometimes. Anything to 'cut' the manual line (where the cashiers are busy trying to sell subscriptions) seems like a bonus. I avoid the place like the plague on weekends in any event.Wash wise, it is what it is. A goofy little automated soap blast and rinse. It's not concierge service detailing, nobody hand-dries for you, you just pop into neutral and go. Want to wash mats and vacuum? That's all self-serve in the exit lot.I've never noticed scratches/damage to my car in the years I have been going there. And to all of you other reviewers complaining about the ethnicity of the staff? Screw off, you racists.”

The service is great and the guys who wash and dry the car have been there for years. They do a great job, are very friendly and more than willing to come back with a towel should you find a wet spot.”
“I took my car here for years and never had a problem. The staff was always friendly and I was in and out quickly with my unlimited pass. I wish there was space to dry and vacuum like at other locations, but I lived without it just fine. I appreciated having a reliable quick car wash in the neighborhood.”
