My mom passed away and I needed a black blouse & pants for the funeral. Amanda at the New Canaan store was just wonderful. She knew my situation and she was so attentive and made sure I was taken care of and she also showed a lot of compassion and sympathy. I can’t thank her enough.

They have excellent service here. The store is beautiful and very clean and organized. The service is excellent. The fitting rooms are nice and clean. It can be busy in the area, tiú can find free parking. There are nice cafes in the area.

I went in with a friend who needed clothing for a work conference. The store was bright and friendly and the woman who helped up was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and upbeat. She made our shopping experience great!!! I highly recommend shopping here.

The Sales associates were super nice. Amanda was not only attentive, she took time to look for my sizes, helped me picked out two beautiful and festive outfits for the holidays. Eventhough it was a busy season after Thanksgiving holiday, she made me feel welcomed and very satisfied. A plus plus for service. Thank you.

Let’s put aside the fact that over the last 8 years Ann Taylor went from a store where one could find sophisticated, quality clothing items to little better than a TJ Maxx, and focus on this location’s abysmal customer service. I have lived in this town since 1990, and never have I been confronted with younger employees so rude and poorly trained. Seemingly encouraged by their manager who might not know how to handle customer service herself since she seems constantly overwhelmed in a position that I have seen others thrive in.How heartbreaking to watch this store devolve into mediocrity. I used to go into Ann Taylor weekly, now I go in once a year…and probably never again now. What once was a calming oasis where you could always find an outfit for any occasion is a now a sad dumpster fire resting on the laurels of its former glory. You should close the doors or hire new designers to try to save your brand from extinction.

Really pleasant store that is extremely neat and organized. The ladies here are very friendly and helpful. I came in on a Sunday afternoon with a friend and we had a great time shopping. The associates have that nice balance of friendly helpfulness without hovering. If you like Ann Taylor, this is a much better option than the store in the mall.
