Tonight, I traveled to Ames to pick up a grocery order for a customer, but as I was using my Uber app, I realized I needed to do the shopping myself. Feeling lost in an unfamiliar store, I was unsure where to start. Fortunately, Devin, who worked at the front end, sprang into action, offering to assist me as I was feeling overwhelmed. Devin exemplifies the type of leader that this store needs and sets a great example for our world today. With his guidance, I smoothly and efficiently navigated the process without any issues. Devin displayed excellent communication skills, patience, and a willingness to help. I highly recommend recognizing and promoting this exceptional young man to a higher position.
