Costco gas is almost always less than surrounding locations, so combined with great value items in the store, the trip pays off if we need to fill up. People ask us why we belong to Costco, since there's just the two of us: how much TP can you guys use, they ask. Honestly, we don't buy a lot of bulk items, but we've booked a cruise, vacations, and have bought three cars through Costco, so we value our membership more than you might think. The New Britain store is clean, with a pleasant, informed staff.”

“It's a little funny but this is my first time visiting the gas station here. We've been members of BJ's for many many years and just never gotten gas. The line seem to be so huge but it actually moves quite quickly and the people were really nice. I must also say what a treat that you can use your phone app you don't need to carry around the physical card like the other Warehouse that you have to bring the physical card to which is ridiculous in 2024. Well Done BJ's”

“I wanted to purchase a cake from the bakery and there was no one who knew how to write on cakes and then an employee by the name of Jordyn came over and offered to try to write on the cake for me. She did a fantastic job and I was beyond thrilled with how the writing came out. She is DEFINITELY A TOP TIER employee. She has some of the best customer skills I have seen in a very long time. BJ's Is very lucky to have this young lady working there. Jordyn is the best!!!”

“I made an appointment to get 2 new tires. Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.”

“About 4 years ago we switched to CT Bingo Supply for all our Bingo Needs and it was a great decision. We have purchased equipment, paper, and daubers from them and never had any issues. Occasionally they may be out of something due to supply chain issues, but when that happens (rarely) they always work with us to come up with a solution. Great prices and great customer service. We highly recommended them!”

“Bjs always has great products they lose points because everytime I go theres a line and they never have enough cashiers.We pay for our membership and expect good quick service. They have a bunch of scan it yourself registers but we dont get paid to scan groceries please have more cashiers available otherwise when it's time to renew our membership we will go to Costco or Sams!!”
