Occasionally they may be out of something due to supply chain issues, but when that happens (rarely) they always work with us to come up with a solution. Great prices and great customer service. Surprisingly, it turned out to be a great decision. Their sandwich rings, echoing our donut theme, and the value provided were impressive.The food quality, while not high-end gourmet, was more than satisfactory for the occasion. The deluxe turkey sandwich rings were a crowd-pleaser, and the brownie and cookie platters matched any specialty bakery in taste.The two-tiered cake, adorned with our own donuts for added flair, was half the price of local bakeries. While it may not win any Instagram contests for its looks, the taste was exceptional, exceeding many bakery offerings.Service was a mixed bag. The online order process and pickup were chaotic, with some confusion over the cake despite having an order number. “Bjs always has great products they lose points because everytime I go theres a line and they never have enough cashiers.We pay for our membership and expect good quick service. They have a bunch of scan it yourself registers but we dont get paid to scan groceries please have more cashiers available otherwise when it's time to renew our membership we will go to Costco or Sams!!”
“I made an appointment to get 2 new tires. Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.”

“The staff is really solid. Some great produce just watch expiration dates. They have regular brand dog food which is a huge bonus and way less than typical stores. Some fun odds and ends as well”

“Conveniently located, Costco is frequently our go to shopping location. Costco gas is almost always less than surrounding locations, so combined with great value items in the store, the trip pays off if we need to fill up. People ask us why we belong to Costco, since there's just the two of us: how much TP can you guys use, they ask. Honestly, we don't buy a lot of bulk items, but we've booked a cruise, vacations, and have bought three cars through Costco, so we value our membership more than you might think. The New Britain store is clean, with a pleasant, informed staff.”
