The tellers don't really care how long the line gets.
Did you not even acknowledge that you came in.
And the best is the employees?Take the upfront parking and don't leave them for the customers.Especially the older people that can't walk that far.
I witnessed one of the girls in her high heels.Take the first parking spot closest to the bank.

My mother is a disabled woman who's in and out of the hospital. She's been a client for years. She recently came out the hospital, and tried withdrawing her monthly benefit, but couldn't because they changed her debit card without telling her. On top of that, she can't go into the bank to withdraw her money, because she has an expired ID, and due to her circumstances, hasn't been able to renew it. She hasn't been able to pay her rent and bills because they've been holding her money. The manager is the rudest, most unempathetic person working there!! Beware, unless you're polish, you'll be treated like scum!!

The worst costumer service I have ever experienced at a bank. These people have nasty attitudes and some kind of entitlement because they work here. I will be filing a report to corporate because I hate the way they make me feel unwanted every single time I go in here. Every single one of them are rude towards clients unless you’re polish then they are smiling and helpful! I’ve seen it with many people when I’m in line. Worst branch!

The Indian guy takes almost 15 minutes just to cash a check in the drive through at 8 30 am. We look and he is just sipping coffee taking his time. The cars behind us were beeping. Never again!

Both ATMs not working so I had to go in minutes before closing. Informed the teller that the ATMs were both not working and his responce was " it's not their responsibly" he was very rude and his eye rolling made it very evident that I was making a huge imposition by asking to make my quick withdrawal with him using my bank card. He took my card and ID then gave me a withdrawal slip and was very rude and talking to me like I am stupid because I dont have my account number memorized. Why would I need my account number when I'm using my bank card and I have the pin. Needless to say I did not get to make my withdrawal. When I asked his name as I was leaving he told me was none of my concern? What kind of customer service is that? I will definitely never be returning to that particular branch and am going to speak with my wife about changing banks altogether. Because of the rude teller with no name.

I told the teller I have an account with this branch an I dont know how it works for a loan but he said how mush an I told him, so he said I qualify for it all I need it work paid stubs dealers paper of the car an proof of address so when I got to the dealer an then I went to webster on park st.I ask the teller an he said I have to wait 2weeks for the loan, they should of had told me in the beginning an I would of done the process a.s.a.p but I was so disappointed I lost the car I wanted .

I have been with this bank for over 10years and never had any issues until I deposited my money into the drive-up ATM. The machine took most of my money then didn't register the amount taken and stopped working. I went in to start a dispute and it's been over a month now and the provisional credit I did receive was reversed thanks to the investigator in Nebritian by the name of Teddy from the dispute team. So Mr. Air head Teddy feels that I am lying but he did not check any security cameras to validate my claims nor do he even know which machine I deposited my money into even though he was given all of this information beforehand. I provided Air head Teddy all of the pertinent data such as date/time of occurrence, machine used, and amount taken yet he refuses to fully investigate and he closed my case. I guess he enjoys sitting behind a computer and playing with people's livelihood. Also, be careful about using their ATMs as they do not own them, so if anything happens with your card or money trust and believe they will make you wait until the next service date to even attempt to look at the problem regarding the machine. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!! IF YOU HAVE TO DISPUTE ANYTHING THEY WILL MAKE YOU JUMP THROUGH HOOPS FOR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! I WILL BE CLOSING ALL MY ACCOUNTS!!! Also, this branch sucks!

It seems to me like having people wait that close behind someone talking to a teller is a big security risk. Thank God I don't have a bank account here, because it would probably get hacked.Also, they won't give you change (i.e. 1s, 5s, 10s) unless you have a bank account with them. Thank goodness you're surrounded by all these business that probably need change, but you won't give it to them.
