Wish I could give the pharmacy 0 stars. Was just on hold for 48 minutes for someone’s to pick up the phone and have it up.

The pharmacy here is TERRIBLE I’ve come three different times to pick up my accutane prescription and all three times they somehow don’t have it… accutane has a very tight prescription pick up window and this Walgreens never seems to be able to help me out. The pharmacists seem like they have no idea what they’re doing or which prescriptions do what. I came here today to pick up a separate prescription and I had to pay for it even though I’ve never had to pay for this prescription in the past and the pill bottle does not have the right prescription name on it… I will never come back

Go to a different pharmacy, this one is atrocious. Their hours are absolutely terrible and there are always problems and long waits.

We have had nothing but GOOD service at the pharmacy. Very helpful whenever we need something. Five stars for me and my wife!

The pharmacy is not 24hrs but they always have everything. The pharmacist and tech are very helpful and also I always get the prescription fast.This will be my pharmacy... thanks

I use to get my prescription here all the time with no problems. This time I had to come in twice because there was always a line inside and outside for the pharmacy and it was going by really slow. When i was finally able to talk to someone in person they told me the pharmacy contract with my provided has changed and can no longer refill it. Mind you I had call the day prior because they were unable to refill it, I was assured they would work on it and would be ready by the end of that day. The next day I get a text from them saying I need to come in with my insurance card to pick up my prescription. They never asked for my insurance card in person.

Called ahead to check on RX, told it was ready. Went to pick RC up only told it wasn’t ready. Waited 20+ minutes

Nothing but horrible experiences here. I’ve called for days in a row regarding prior authorization needed for my medication, was told it didn’t go through. Called my Dr right after to be told that it DID go through and they would call the pharmacy, suddenly it went through. I’ve called days or even a week ahead to order my medication (knowing it was too early for a refill) because they would need to order it and talked to multiple staff members who have told me they ordered it. Still had not ordered the medication by the time insurance covered it 2-3 days later. This has happened so many times now I finally had enough when they let me run out my seizure meds (because they didn’t order it even though I was told they did!) so they filled a partial 2 week script. And when I needed more they STILL HAD NOT ORDERED THE MEDICATION. The techs are great, super sweet and helpful. The pharmacist is just about useless. Wouldn’t even look me in the eye when I tried to talk to him.

I love coming to this location at Walgreens everybody is very friendly and very accurate in the information it's like One stop shop and get mostly anything that you want but most important for me is that customer service is a huge Plus for me there are many pharmacies that you can go to I used to go to Walgreens because of the way they treat their customers unlike other pharmacies in different locations.

Got a print done here. The lady who checked us out was old and rude. I asked to split the payment - really simple - and she said it was not possible..???? Gave me a hard time when I asked again. She was rude and unfriendly and shouldn’t be working there if she can’t have customer service.

I'd prefer to give a zero. I scheduled my Covid vaccine for the booster several weeks ago. This location is close to where I work. I was on time for my appointment, but there was a line of people ahead of me. Initially there was only one pharmacy tech at the register either checking people in for A vaccine or a prescription. So I waited 20 to 25 minutes. Then another tech showed up, to process my appointment. She took my insurance information and told me to have a seat and that she would bring me a form. Another 10 minutes go by and she returns my insurance cards but no form. I asked her about it and she says oh yes she'll be bringing it to me. Another 10 minutes go by still no form and the pharmacist calls my name. While people who came before and after me were serviced and left. Pharmacist tells me I must've been Late for my appointment and they have lunch so I have to wait another 45 minutes until they come back so that they can administer the booster and have me do the 15 minute waiting. at this point I've missed an hour and a half of work and still no booster. I explain to him that I was here when the three other people waiting their 15 minute time slot to recover from their vaccine we're here and he looks at me like I'm nuts. I'm sorry this is totally disrespectful and horrible customer service. I will never shop at Walgreens or have anything to do with Walgreens ever again. And this is on top of the fact that my son had a Covid test Several weeks ago and we have yet to receive the results although we paid over $100 to have the test administered. This is ridiculous.

The old lady who works in the front end is very nice.If you need to use the pharmacy go somewhere else. My gf was on hold for like an hour, tried calling back multiple times. They have told me my stuff is ready I get there and it is not. The head guy in the back is great (is he still there?) but the people assisting him are worthless. They are "confused" about a lot of things including what is in their pants.

If you are planning to take your PCR test here for travelling. Better luck. I have given my test on Friday and was waiting for the results and have not got them after 72 hours. Even if i get them now they are of no use. I had to give another test on Sunday at a different location and loose a couple days pay. Thank you for providing faster results.

Dirtiest Walgreens I’ve ever been too! Very rude pharmacist staff, will tell you what you wanna hear just so u leave and they don’t have to actually do their job and have some customer service skills at the bear minimum. I highly recommend to stay away and transfer to any other pharmacy other than Walgreens. Walgreens has turned into a mail order drug chain that’s puts profits ahead of patients and their care and or health.
