Waiting in line for 26 minutes at the moment with 7 people in front of me and 6 people behind me. It’s 5:26 PM and one person at the pharmacy working ….. unacceptable! People have places to go and things to do. Driveway is down. It’s Friday, almost 6PM. This is not okay!

Use the pharmacy with caution and as a last resort. They have put me in withdrawal multiple times!have a notice that my refill was delayed "no action needed" AGAIN. So unless I take action it will not be ready after the half-hour+ wait. I'm currently on the phone waiting to be told they have "no clue" what happened that made it not get filled. This place is straight up dangerous, and if you have another option please take it. They are understaffed and poorly managed. I'm using the now 15 minutes I've been on hold to write this and there have been "more than 3 caller ahead" the whole time. I could have completed a college class in the amount of my time they have spent.

All the reviews are true. Very very horrible drive thru. You will be stuck in line forever. There seems to me no organization nor consideration for people's times. I waited an hour+.

Visited twice for my COVID vaccines. This place is highly unorganized. No clear signage directing you to the separate vaccine check-in area. The one person manning the vaccine area is also running back and forth to the prescription section. I'd brought in my paperwork but was asked to fill it out again for some reason. Waited almost 30 minutes past my appointment time. They misspelled my name on my CDC card and then put the wrong date on my vaccine record. After vaccination, the pharmacist doesn't seem to care if you wait the 15 minutes or not.

Today February 4 2020 at 10pm was a horrible experience. They had us waiting for close to 30 minutes in the drive thru . Although they seen us multiple times they still decided to ignore us. These people were letting customers pay for deodorant and Clorox instead of taking care of the multiple people that needed their medicines at the drive thru.

Horrible. Went to pick up a prescription and I've never in my life experienced anything like this. Waited in drive through for 1 hr 20 mins with 5 cars in front of me. Literally 15-20 minutes per car. I don't even understand what occurs for 20 minutes per customer. Are they filling on demand? It was the most frustrating experience of my life. And when we finally got to window. We saw 5 people back there - took 7 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. And when they did they were rude and unfriendly and slow as hell. Worst experience of my entire life. I don't understand how these people are not fired. It takes a lot for me to get this fired up. Please never go here for your blood pressures sake.

The only reason I use this pharmacy is because of its location, it's very convenient. If it wasn't for that I would never go there. Lines for your prescriptions are always long, even in the middle of the night. Staff behind the counter is slow & lazy. Unfriendly on top of that. Even with new pharmacy manager nothing has changed. 20 people behind the counter and you can't get your script on time. Beyond ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. I was told my prescription would be ready at a certain time and had to come back 3 times!!!! So frustrating! My mom has also had these issues with them before. Please go anywhere else.
