“Was recently at Gnc had a terrible experience was told old Mgr now here at this location so glad to hear as I've been dealing with Shelly for several years always polite,gracious and so helpful has really helped me to achieve my best health and wellness goals was ever so helpful last year after suffering a debilitating illness and really got me back on track. “It's Only Natural is a great little grocery store on Main Street in Middletown. It's small, but this might be a one stop shop, if it just wasn't so expensive. There's everything in this store, organic produce, juices, vitamins and supplements, chocolate and candy I've never seen before, they even have a little section where you can get a fresh smoothie or a sandwich. There's an area where you can sit with your food.They even have a post office in this little grocery store.But it is expensive.. a box of cereal is $7.49, and it's not even a large box. They had a 5 pound jar of local honey for $50.00. I stopped in to pick up some crackers for my guacamole, I picked some really nice ones for only $3.29, but half the bag was air. This is not the fault of the store of course. It's a lot of fun to walk through a store where everything looks new, and innovative. If you're in the area stop by, always shop smart, not impulsively.”
