If anyone ever has a stroke DO not Go to this Hospital My mom had a stroke was send to the 5th floor we're she had her Rent money stolen $1300 what did they do Nothing at all 5th Floor has no Camras at all NOT even on the hallways When I asked to see the ppl that checks in to see her they said NO that they clear it off there computers Security is the Wost he walked in saw my mom crying and he said no and walked away was even surprised the floor had no cameras

Came here to deliver my baby. I was induced. I was in labor for 22 hrs, I was so tired I fell asleep. None of my family stayed with me. None of the nurses fed my baby, I didn't even know he was in the room with me. I was so tired. 3 days he was NOT fed. 3 days I wasn't fed nor drank water. They wouldn't let me sleep. I would never deliver here again. Didn't get to shower either. I was ripped during delivery, forceps we're used. I was in pain. Epidural wasn't enough. At home, I was alone for a month. They never called to check in.

I had the worst experience at this er last night. I was transferred from Bradley and when I got there they said there’s nothing wrong with me and its all psychiatric. This was Brendan R Gontarz who gaslight me.

horrible treatment. my 8 year old was admitted from his school and i waited HOURS to be with my own child. disgraceful.

My daughter is in the emergency room her kidneys are not good and peeing blood and they told her to wait cus a lot of people are waiting and she can hold the pain i called and they said they can't do anything she needs to wait but if something happs to her i hold the hosp responsible for it for not paying attention to whats urgent and whats not very irresponsible staff

My husband received excellent treatment from the moment he arrived in the ER, with doctors truly concerned about his care and symptoms. He was admitted, and the C5 nurses treated him extremely well, warm, full of compassion and like family. The doctor ran tests, scans, etc. and scheduled necessary surgery with highly qualified surgeons, who spoke to you with the utmost respect, taking the time for you & patient to process what was happening. The Critical Care unit was excellent, attentive and caring. Highest ratings for HOCC, unfortunate a few bad reviews lower the rating. But HOCC is Top Notch.

So I have spina bifida and had a burn in a place I can't feel so the person that registered me wasn't paying attention to what I was saying I told her I had spina bifida and had a burn in the spot I can't feel so she proceeded to put that I had numbness so I told her it's not numbness I can't feel my legs mistake one. Mistake two I get in the room the Dr looks at it and prescribed me uti and cyst pills and NO burn cream btw I was only there 15 mins.Went two days in a row and they told me I was fine but I'm still in a lot of pain12/13/23So imhere in a room a patient here is scaring me I'm in a wheelchair btw they won't switch my room but one time I was CRYING in pain someone asked can they switch they room because of me and they did it I feel like that's is discrimination.

6 hours in the emergency room with my mother who is in pain so she can't even walk. This hospital is increasingly lacking in empathy and love for others. They don't care what the patient is suffering from, they simply say it should wait! Great vocation for service! ?

Went up there with covid symptoms and the doctor in fast track made me get out of bed and jog in place after i stated racing heart and palpitations. He then assumed i had covid and treated me poorly. Also my fiance went there just the other night and he needed an antibiotic and he's allergic to bactrim and they almost gave that to him. It says it in his file. They don't care about you, they're always rushing to get you gone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL,ITS UNDER STAFF, OVER WORKED .I GET IT BUT OUR LOVED ONES STILL NEED CARE, UNSTAFFED IN KITCHEN FOOD LATE, NURSES LEAVE AND DONT COME BACK TO COMPLETE THE TASK THEY LEFT TO GET SUPPLIES FOR, ROOMS ARENT BEING CLEANED , TRASH IS PILING UP .. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL YOUR OPITIONS , AND FOLLOW UP AND ASK ?S BE THE VOICE OF YOUR LOVED ONES .....MISTAKES ARE BEING MADE .....IF YOU CANT PHYSICALLY BE THERE , DEMAND TO SPEAK WITH DR.DAILY FOR UP DATES AND TEST RESULTS....SPEAK WITH THEIR NURSE ASSIGNED TO THEM .DAILY..YOU CAN NEVER ASK TO MANY ??????S.

Worst experience ever. The doctor was good but the nurses very unprofessional specially one named Chantel she’s the worst nurse ever very unprofessional went to my room with attitude and slam the tv and talking to me very rude. While I was in pain the nurses were on the hallway joking around and talking laud and laughing. I wouldn’t recommend it and never going back again.
