It's always a hit or miss with this place. I only come here when I need to buy $2 bills, and sometimes they give them to me, other times they tell me I need an account.It's just more annoying when you're standing there for 30+ minutes just to be told you wasted your time standing there.

Received a call from this branches phone number Guy said he was TD fraud department. Said somebody was trying to use my debit card for $851 in Atlanta I told him no I have the card. I was suspicious and I called TD and they denied anyone calling or any fraudulent activity I asked if it was possible somebody from this New Britain branch called and she said no. So somebody is using this phone number for a scam This is not an indictment on this bank but just beware

The atm is broken 90% of the time , so maybe they shouldn't charge fee's for using another atm !!

Very bad bad customer service very rude too. One lady there I don’t know her name but always cuts you off when U trying to talk. Very rude. Drive thru very slow. They need to hired more competent people.

Awful system for signing in and they don’t respect the line or number that they give you. They need to update the system and have it better organized and better trained staff.

Omilie Maldonado,Glennis laboyis my wife and you should be a little considerate of me as a client. I told you that I work a third shift and left later than normal. Those people at td bank are very, very bad at helping the customer. I soon moved from Citio and will also move from one bank to another if we can feel better about our bank. I think your colleagues are rasistas because of my language. And according to you told me that I have the right to change my bank and the right to express my opinion ?♂️

I went in to get some help with the app. I sat and waited for one of the agents ,not the tellers, to help me. Sell i sat, a lady was helping a customer,forever.the other agent, was on the phone,then he got off the phone,and never even recognized my presence in there. He got up and walked away,and disappeared.
