The move team was very professional and work to overcome several problems. One of which the truck couldn't make it to house. So the moved team unloaded it a mile away and reloaded into a u-haul and shuttled the loads to house and unloaded it again into the house.

Siracusa did an amazing job handling my belongings! They were full of very personable people that kept me entertained as they packed up and unloaded my stuff. They truly go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience and all of your things make it safely to your destination. I cannot recommend them enough.

the worst move ever :( Schizophrenic way of packing/moving things. Crushed boxes. Broken furniture. Everything turned into scrambled eggs ... Just an example ... Parts of my TV table are in one box. More parts of it in a box full of shoes. More parts of it / hardware is in a box full of my kids toys. I am unable to put it together and that is not the only thing. A lot of items are missing or misplaced. They opened boxes packed and taped before and redistributed the contents. I found tools like hammer, wrench etc in a box of winter coats + pots and pans. I found ski boots in a box of kitchen tupperware ... I need to report this to my company so they reconsider hiring this organization/company for relocation again. I moved across the country a few times. This was the worst. I am very disappointed :(

Siracusa Moving & Storage did an amazing job moving all my belongings. They were very professional and did an amazing job ensuring my TV was protected and all my ceramic pots were nicely wrapped and protected. Highly recommend them for moving.

Imagine the company is ok, but the local packers/loaders/unloaders they hired were high?? Unpacking certain boxes 1.5 years after and found a formerly live plant in with my Mom’s China. More than a third of our stuff was broken or dinged up. Big disappointment.

Unless one wishes to read an essay; I’ll keep it brief with an intention that any and everyone who reads this review will choose this company: Allied and their partners, in this situation: Siracusa Moving & Storage. Specifically, my son was relocating to Raleigh, NC where I presently live. Of the three companies he contacted for an estimate. Allied was responsive. Their communication is exemplary.
Now, the day of the interstate move (MA to NC); and boy did I experience challenges. Bill Wood was calming, while I was panicked and upset. Why? The storage unit was locked on a day where the site was closed. While I’m trying to rectify the situation, he presented alternative solutions that albeit great, financially did not work for me.
Once I was able to get the storage unit open, Bill creates another solution that involved leadership, customer service, professionalism, and more importantly: empathy. What should have and could have been an one hour or one and a half unload became five hours. In addition, I lost the card with my access code and had to rely on memory. I needed to go home to get the property manager’s personal contact number and, Bill still continued to calm me.
Throughout it all; his plan to offload the truck near the storage unit while we wait the unlocking of the unit was PERFECT!
He and Miquel moved my son’s items in less than a hour.
Yes, you may read what is an essay and I thank you for reading my review in its entirety. Allied is the company to choose for Intrastate (the same company who moved me when I accepted a full-time position as a college professor); and one for interstate moving. I, truly hope you’ll have Bill Wood as your lead; and based upon your destination you’ll trust his judgement. In my situation, it was Miquel who lives in Raleigh, NC was his moving partner; one to also be praised.
TRUST ALLIED, you will not go wrong!

Beginning with John’s visit to our house to assess the job. His quote was detailed and accurate. I received a call, just as I was told that I would, the evening prior to both move out and move in. The real shining stars however were the team of (4) men that were sent. Not only were they professional and skilled, they were also fun and enjoyable. All four men worked very hard to protect our furniture, and did not stop until everything was done perfectly. Their work ethic was impressive, and you should be very proud to have them representing your company

Russ March is the absolute BEST! He accommodated all our requests, handled all our personal belongings as if they were his own, went above and beyond for our more prized possessions. My family and I could not have asked for someone more amazing. He was polite, respectful and courteous. Thank you Russ you’re the real MVP!
