Never made a google review post before, however the exceptional customer service at this Sherwin-Williams location inclined me to make my first post! I am not super knowledgeable with the different types of paint but Henry and Max were super helpful in getting me the perfect paint! Highly recommend coming to this store!

This store right here besides west Hartford is awesome. Dealing with Ty & his crew is always a fun experience. There knowledgeable about there products and I would highly recommend this location.

Very much enjoyed my experience here. Was helped by Colin who really knows his stuff and went above and beyond to help me out. Greeted me right away and put his work right off to the side to assist me. He answered all my questions quickly and honestly and got me right out of there. My job came out awesome. I Highly recommended this store and especially Colin. Will absolutely be back for the rest of my painting needs!

Awesome service by the two people working there. One was kind of new I think but doing a great job. Sorry, forgot their names. Knowledgeable about their products. After going to Homedepot and Lowes where there was no one who was very knowledgeable, I called then went to Sherwin Williams in New Britain I bought their transparent deck stain, Heart Redwood, came our great, great product, highly recommend this store!!!

I buy all my paint from there during their annual sales events. Great hours. Staff are trained well but not all of them are experienced painters.
