I recently had to bring my 2011 CRV in for a recall for a rear trailing arm failure. Everyone was super nice. I did wait a long time however, that was my fault. I was told to drop the car off and had a ride home but no ride back out to get my car. I chose to stay. If you have to take care of this recall try to make accommodations to drop it off. It will take 4-5 hours. The staff here was really kind and I appreciate them getting me in so soon when other shops couldn't do the repair till December.. I will be trading this car in soon and will return here for my next one. I was impressed for sure.

I don’t even know where to start! Sales rep Desiree was outstanding and went above beyond. I really appreciate the information and the car at hand. She has fantastic customer service and great smile every time. Which shows positivity I highly recommend Desiree sales rep. Special thanks to Frank. Rediculous. This is about the service department and is currently ongoing. I dropped my car off last night for an 800a appointment for just a first simple oil change on a brand new car. So it was about 1100a and still havent heard anything. Called them bc it shouldn’t take 3 hours for a simple oil change on a car that shouldnt have anything else wrong with it. I called and waited on hold for 5 minutes and when they picked up they said they hadnt done it yet and if I needed it back by a certain time. To which I said “Well, as soon as possible. I didnt think it should take 3 hours for an oil change.” He said he ll get right on it. Tbh it took me by surprise bc shouldnt they be taking the vehicles by the appointments? 1100a and they havent started a car with an appointment that supposed to be at 800a?! So now its currently 144p and still havent heard anything. Just bc I dropped my car off the night before doesnt mean you can keep all day for something that shouldn’t take more than a half an hour!! Only reason Ill use them again is bc with my warranty they are free for the first couple of years. This is awful service. Actually down right disrespectful of their customer’s time and will NEVER buy from there again.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle at Schaller Honda. My sales associate, Sarah Peschke, was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Sales Manager, Peter, was also great to work with. Loved that I was able to drive the car home three towns away before purchasing to show my husband who could not be there with me.
I did not feel pressured by any sales "gimmicks" and will recommend Schaller to anyone looking to buy a reasonably priced used car.

I just want to say that even though we didn’t end up purchasing our car through this dealer, we felt like this place is actually a really respectable dealership. Eli helped us and I couldn’t say more great things about him. The only reason we didn’t get our car here is they didn’t have the exact car we were looking for.
