I don't understand the negative reviews for this establishment. I have used them a few times for various vehicles I've sold and have only had good experiences. From minor to major damage work was perfect and timely. I will continue to use Schaller until they prove otherwise but we have a good relationship and its worth holding onto business contacts I can trust.

SCAM, FRAUD, LIARS, THIEVES
I brought my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek to Schaller AutoBody for repairs (1. because it was a preferred shop through insurance, 2. they are also a Subaru dealership) When I went to pick up my vehicle I noticed that parts was removed from my vehicle as well my front interior somehow was caught on fire. No one at the shop claims they don’t know anything and never saw the damage.
The gentleman that worked on my car now works at another shop. The guy that is working on my car is now on vacation. It’s just games after games. I have more videos and photos. Next step is to get this on the local news and to expose this shop as a FRAUD.

They wrote up an erroneous estimate after my car got hit in a tiny fender bender, said I needed a new door, hood alignment, windshield (when I stated the windshield was prior damage) so the repair was so expensive the insurance didn't fix it they just totaled me out. I took my car back because they probably were going to make a deal with the insurance so they could keep my car for themselves. One of the guys their said putting a used part on a car is like putting a used heart in someones body, he said he would never do it. Please someone, let him know, no such thing as new hearts, duh. The lady at the front desk was very nice, genuine. Unfortunately, I should have experienced much more greatness and I just didn't. Never let an insurance company keep your car if they total it out. Never anyone win off your loss. Take Care

Did a great job repairing my car, it is however very obvious somebody took my car on a joy ride as all the seats & mirrors are adjusted as well as there being a house key that doesn’t belong to me in the cup holder. don’t really appreciate that they would disrespect me and use my car when it is there to be fixed. and all of the work was body work, so there was no need for a test drive.

horrendous. I had purchased my vehicle from schaller Subaru and Ive always had great service there. so this is specifically about their body shop. got into an accident mid Feb with back end damage. we're almost in June, and car still isn't completely fixed. they had my car for a month and a half (which I paid $1500 during that time for a car rental) when i got my vehicle back the bumper didn't fit correctly and my blind spot indicator didn't work still. turns out they used an after market cheaper bumper that isn't compatible with my blind spot even though my insurance company paid them for an original bumper. and my tail light and license plate light was still out. so I brought it back (this time they gave me a loaner so at least no rental but still inconvenient having to bring it back) get it back and blind spot is only working on one side. and tail light and license plate light still out. so I bring it back. finally fix the blind spot indicator but my tail light and license plate light is still out. and there's a new small scratch on my car and some paint chipped. i decided to not bring my vehicle back there for the tail light or license plate light and just pay out of pocket because this has gotten so incredibly ridiculous i want nothing to do with their body shop ever again. I never write reviews but felt it necessary to warn future consumers.. Do NOT go there. the only positive I can say is the lady at the front desk was amazing, very kind and patient.

Took 6 weeks for a minor rear bumper repair. Close to no communication. New scratch upon pickup which they clearly could care less about. Absolutely trash experience with this place.

It seems like there have been some bad reviews lately here and I guess each scenario is different but I had a great experience. My 3 stage paint is extremely tough to match and they hit it spot on and blended a good ways. Fit and finish were OEM quality. If anyone is concerned about joyrides or anything (if you have a nicer car) my dash cam and tracker both showed no funny business
