Hours: Neighborhood Housing Greater New Britain’s (Neighborhood Housing Services of New Britain, Inc.) provides HUD-certified Housing Counseling services, financial education, and foreclosure prevention services. As a Community Housing Development Corporation, we own and operate affordable rental apartments and provide community revitalization services through housing renovations and construction of new homes targeted for sale to first-time homebuyers that are prepared to take on the responsibility of new homeownership and wealth accumulation by knowing how to maintain good credit and live within a realistic budget.
