jose helped me with my car and is very knowledgeable. Meineke was trying to charge me on stuff I didn’t need Until I went to Monroe and got the stuff I actually needed for my car and not the stuff I don’t. I will be bringing my car back here from now on. and bringing my family here too

Had a minor accident and shreaded my rim and tire. The manager Jose and technician Alex were quick to help no questions asked. By far some of the nicest and wholesome people I've come across in a while. Thank you guys for your help. Would never hesitate to come back here.

Rescheduled my oil change over the phone with whatever corporate scheduling service they now use, and staff weren't made aware (which I can't blame them for), but they said they'd take me anyway. I then waited over 2 hours for an oil change, with customers coming in after me and leaving before my car was even pulled into the bay.
Place was 5/5 under previous management.

Great atmosphere was a walk-in and car was done the same day. Went to a competitor first who had crazy pricing. For the same service plus and oil change and an added part fixture, Monro saved me $154!!!

I had a great experience with MARK--not sure if that's how you spell it. My cars lug nut and lug nut stud got broken at a previous place/person. I was very stressed! I brought it to monroe--and Mark was very honest and said he had to get the parts from a place down the street and it would be a wait. I said I didn't mind waiting, I just needed/wanted it done.
Another 2 customers (male) were very very rude to him. But he handled it extremely professionally. He was super nice to me and them. Mark was multitasking and worked on a few cars at different times. He got my car done as promised--and it wasn't as much as I was told to begin with. I will definitely be coming back as long as he is there. Thank you!

Place is a scam. They buy car parts super cheap at auto parts store. Ac compressor $200 then resell that for $800 and say that's what it costs. Then charge you for labor. The owner is a snake who treats everyone. Or how they conned an old man 80years old to replace his whole suspension on a 2020 suv with 52k for mile. Charged him 4k in parts and 3k for labor when he didn't need to do any of that. This place is driven by greed.
