It's really frustrating as a metro customer that I have to go to these franchise branches and not be able to go to the corporate store anymore
If your phone gets lost or broken and you don't pay for the insurance, getting it replaced is an absolute nightmare. And even with the insurance, it's sent by mail.
CHECK THE ONLINE PRICES and haggle , these employees and store owners are working on commission and trying to get you to pay the highest possible price.
As a new customer, or adding a line, you can order a $500 phone with over 100gb memory for the cost of your first bill, no activation fees.
Or you can spend $200 like they did to my father and get a horrible phone with so little memory that you have to constantly delete photos for the phone to function .

We went there during hours of operation and they were closed. No sign or any other explanation. Seems like they just didn't want to work that day.

Hardly ever an employee in the store so it stays locked and empty most of the time during business hours.

I had the best customer service experience by ivy on Saturday afternoon I walked in the store because my cell reception was terrible from previous purchase on Hartford last year that bad I try customer support and they said an update or signal totally failed ?? ivy is very friendly and helpful she finally fixed my phone I left the store so happy ? thank you so much ivy for your amazing service support.

worst T-mobile ever. do NOT come here they will charge things to your account with out your knowledge. I went in to open a new phone plan, guy told me I was getting apple care, screen protector case and charger for free. yes it was free that day with no money down but he failed to mention it was $130 onto my bill, also no, apple care was not free witch I knew was too good to be true.the lady he was training kept adding stuff and he would say " yea yea throw that on " my first price was 300 out the door then suddenly time to pay it was 325? because of the EXTRA items he added on I was also in this store for 4 hours just getting 1 KNEW PHONE this manager is a joke and do not come here they will play you and try to take all the money they can. I suggest the one on the Berlin turnpike IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND WANT TO BE TREATED FAIRLY. DONT COME HERE

This place smelled like weed when I walked in. The lady behind the counter was lazy and high as hell. I was looking to upgrade my phone and add 4th line but the lady was no help so I walked out. Avoid this place.

( PLEASE READ: BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING HERE ) So I don't have the name of the associate that screwed me over but I do have the last three of his sales rep. number which is ****436. I only came in to trade my iPhone 11 for the iPhone 13 Pro Max without any lines being added and that was it ( it's a promo deal they have)! Nothing more than just a simple trade and upgrade of a phone. Before coming to this store I had spoken to an assistant manager in a New Haven T-Mobile store who gave me estimates, showed me everything on her tablet of the trade-in deal that I was going for, and a clean break down of the payment plan. I had came into this new Britain T-Mobile store just to upgrade and trade the phone. This person tried Setting up an Apple Watch for me and I told him that I didn't need an Apple Watch because I have one at home that I don't use. I constantly kept asking him what the price monthly would be and kept asking that this was only for the iPhone trade-in and nothing else. But his estimate vs the assistant manager from New Havens were completely different. The one from New Haven was around $20-$30 a month and his estimates was almost at 250 dollars a month. Spent an hour and a half going back and forth with him trying to figure out why it was so high monthly compared to estimates given from new haven. He finally did the calculations in front of me and said yeah it should only be $20-$30 it was my mistake, he check me out and when I got home I looked at the receipt. I had multiple charges for different items such as an Apple Watch, AirPod pros, and an adapter on top of the brand new iPhone and a new added line to the account. They didn't give me the same deal that I was going for when speaking to New Haven assistant manger. The deal they gave me required a new line to be added and I was never told about this deal or about the line that was added. Only asked for an iPhone upgrade w/ the promo deal with no contracts or lines added. And when looking into the bag the iPhone box was in there, underneath was an adapter and AirPod pros. Meanwhile the watch that was charged on the receipt he never put into the bag so he kept the watch at the store knowing that he charged me for the watch. I was literally back within less to 5-10 minutes from making the purchase, I live no more than five minutes away from the store and he started playing d*** about the whole thing. I couldn't get my phone back that I traded in because once it was taken it cant be given back even though their excuse was that UPS picked it up already within less of 5-10 minutes that I bought the phone and came back. Had to come in the next day to speak to a manager and the 611 customer service reps. to get everything fixed. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Manger and assistant manger will be getting a different review since they helped clean this associates mess.

Owner expects employees to work 7 days a week with no physical training. Also doesn’t pay them if he doesn’t get his way. Lies and says he will pay but never does. Dont give your money to this store or Paul

Very disrespectful. I tried calling and it was noisy. The person who received my call hung up before answering my question. He should be fired.
