“I’ve been having a terrible day in a terrible month in a terrible year but my visit to this location was short but made a big difference. I didn’t get the worker’s name, which was a mistake because he was so friendly and professional but he deserves so much praise. Such a simple gesture of kindness has improved my awful day. I have never heard of this business before today but whenever I need medical supplies again, I will tell my doctor to send them here. I randomly received a call, I didn’t know my doctor ordered anything, I showed up 5 minutes later and my paperwork was ready for signing and my order was packed. He was a young black man and just had such a positive energy, he is doing a great job!”
“Mr. Donlan is knowledgeable, patient and caring. His approach is lowkey. He helped me get a light transport wheelchair for my 100 year old father, and he allowed my dad to try out a rollator. The prices were reasonable.”

“Confusing at first. Doctor has to write a prescription to HANCOCK Surgical not Hancock pharmacy. Hancock gets a lot of business from assisted livings because of their med management . They put meds in blister pac. I live in assisted living. Why are they going to Hancock. That’s why!They gave me veteran break at Atria Larson place assisted living.”
