I had ordered flowers from an online florist for a funeral service on a Monday. That florist emailed me late Sat and told me they couldn't deliver until Tuesday. Imagine my dislike. I panicked because I wasn't in town for the services, most florists were closed on Sunday. Early Monday morning, I called Marzi Florist. The woman I spoke to was wonderful. She took my order and assured me they'd be delivered that same day... and they were. The flowers were perfect. Great customer service. Thank you, Marzi Florist!

Horrible experience and customer service. Called to have flowers delivered for a funeral. First quoted a price of $135. I said that was over my budget, I'd look elsewhere. The lady who never identified herself said what is your budget. I stated $75. When the charge came through it was for $90. I called to inquire and was told it was delivery fee and taxes. I should have been told that in the beginning and could have changed my order to accommodate a $75 budget. No I'm sorry about this, what can we do??? Just a flat "Ok, I'll credit your card." With times being tough now and competition, I would have expected more. Don't waste your time or money.

Asked to have a floral garden done last minute for a funeral. They did a gorgeous garden! I highly recommend them. Money well spent!

Absolutely loved our experience. It was a last minute decision and I ordered the arrangement and follow-up with a call to ask for a speedy delivery so that our co-worker would be able to enjoy her flower cake with all of us before leaving for the day. I have to say, it was a gorgeous arrangement. I won't complain about prices as everyone is in the same boat with cost. I just want to say THANK YOU for the extra mile to make our lunch so special. Perfect customer service. VERY happy with everything. Patience is a virtue.

Had a horrible experience for the second time and people need to know about the price gouges! They tried to overcharge me on delivery and wanted to charge $75 for a small arrangement. What a joke! Gary Marzi was a real delight with horrible customer service, he was even taunting me on the way out! I frown at this experience because this used to be a reputable place, but it went down the toilet! If I were you, I would shop somewhere else.

Extremely disappointed in the arrangement that was delivered by Marzi! Very upset with the florist’s response to my call. No yellow roses were in arrangement. They substituted tiny orange roses. They had several white roses as in the web site photo, but large green carnations were prominent. Lots of tiny white flowers. And arrangement was loosely put together instead of placed in the vase. I would absolutely NOT recommend you order from this business. Apparently even upgrading to deluxe did not help. Surprised that owner offered nothing, just suggested I call Teleflora. Two thumbs down for Marzi. They don’t stand behind their product.

Tonight, a delivery driver from Marzi appeared at our house with beautiful flowers. The man apologetically explained that this was an order that was not fulfilled the week prior (my father passed away) and that they were exceptionally busier than normal and made a mistake, and here was our late order (from a friend who ordered them for us) A business' true colors are shown when they're in the wrong and Marzi Florist could of easily just not sent out the order and no one would have ever known that it was not sent out. IF you're looking for a trustworthy business, that puts their customers before profits, you've found your place. We'll be giving you our business the next time we're in need of floral services. Thank you for making my mother's night and please thank your driver for being such an awesome man. (we invited him in for coffee and cookies and he politely chatted with us for a few minutes before having to continue making more deliveries) You guys are awesome.

I called for a last minute flower delivery and they were able to complete it, even being Easter weekend! The flower arrangement they picked was absolutely beautiful and my grandparents loved it! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

The Flowers for the family wake were supposed to be delivered No later than 4 PM last Wednesday the 17th of February. We got to funeral home only to see that they never got there. A total embarrassment in front of the grieving family. We were forced to call the florist and "beg them" to assemble the arrangements and get them to the funeral home ASAP. They managed to make them up and get them to the funeral home, but indicated on the phone that the flowers were scheduled by the owner to be delivered on THURSDAT at FIVE PM...This was outrageous!! The owner TOTALLY got the day wrong AND the time wrong also!! Had we not called to see what was going on there would be NO flowers for the wake and funeral!!. On Friday I called to owner to discuss the HUGE ERROR. He never apologized, never e-mailed our receipt and was very "matter of fact" and "flippant" about his very serious error. I had to ASK him to "do right by this" and credit us a few bucks for the inconvenience and once again send the receipt. A few days went by and NO receipt, and NO credit for inconvenience. I called today, which is a week later, and this time his staff was RUDE, and told me I was NOT COMPASSIONATE or UNDERSTANDING that they were busy last week. She said I was making too much out of it!!! Then she handed the phone to the owner who was also very RUDE and condescending to me. He would NOT send us the "break down" of the charges, tax, flowers cost, delivery charge etc. AND he said he's gonna have a nice day by FORGETTING THIS EVER HAPPENED!! and that he is going to forget who I am!! How rude and irresponsible....Our family now is "bent" on tarnishing this mans reputation and clearly he has NO INTEGRITY!!....All we can say to Mr. Marzi is "What Goes Around, Comes Around".... Hope he gets his KARMA soon!!
