I have been there three times and three times the lady behind the counter was very rude, very rude and will never offer you a bag, the nearby Polmart always offers a bag and lays out groceries. I came when there were already few people, so I can't say she was in a hurry. her behavior scares away customers. doesn't understand that you have to serve the customer and not be rude. but the ladies in the meat department are quite nice and quick, they will pack everything quickly and recommend good products, but the lady at the cash register is the clown of this store. I recommend going to other Polish stores in New Britain, they always have nice service.

The lady at the register is so rude it’s disgusting how she talks to the customers. I’m in disbelief!!! If you are so miserable then why are you working there? Absolutely horrible customer service. This place should remove her. That is not someone you want representing your business.

This place is definitely worth a trip from just about anywhere in CT. The selection of kielbasa and smoked meats is incredible and the price cannot be beat. Lots of Polish foodstuff and great selection of breads. I find new favorite things every time I go in. Got some great spices last trip.

I have been coming here with my dad and brother for years to get our polish food and deli meat products this place always has the best prices out of all polish stores in little poland in new britain, ct.

The area has many good polish markets but this is by far the best. Friendly and helpful. Great products. Convenient parking.

Low quality. Food not fresh. Meat bad in just couple of days. They can learn much from, what use to be Nozewski. But new owner, simply too stupid. Marriage. One's dead ?

This is truly the best place for Polish kielbasa, cold cuts and cheeses. Their selection of bread and other ethnic staples is very good, too. Rolly Poly down the street is fancier and more expensive, but those who want authentic and really tasty foods shop in Krakus. The staff speaks passable English and there is always someone shopping there, who will gladly help you with translation if you need it.

Very rude on the phone they hung up on me twice. May be a language barrier, but then they should have someone who speaks English to answer the phone and learn some proper phone manners I've heard the meats are good, but they will never get my business because of the extreme rudeness
