We bought a stove from here about 5 years ago that stopped working about a year ago. We’d called someone else to fix it and they deemed it as unfixable. Today i called KJ to buy another stove and he offered to check out the current one. Came in under 2 hrs and fixed in like 30mins, wished we called him first! Very professional and quick!!

Great service late on a Saturday afternoon. He had all 3 of the refrigerator shelf bars in stock. Saved a lot of time and money by not having to order them online. And the lady, that I was helping fix the refrigerator for, was extremely happy now that she can put all the condiments in the door.

Adding to my earlier review...Karl helped with a dishwasher problem. Easy fix, was/is honest and knowledgeable. Thank you for your professionalism and graciousness.Karl & crew were "Johnny on the spot" for us. We were in the middle of baking cupcakes and the oven wouldn't light. This after noticing over the previous 3-4 months that oven was heating slower and slower. Found a YouTube video for our Samsung stove for our exact problem (burners work but stove won't). It was an easy fix to install a new universal igniter. Not only could I meet Karl in the field for the part I needed (he had one stock on the truck) but he snipped & helped me wire-nut the old clip to the new igniter. Highly recommend this organization. Great attention to detail, honest, reliable and super speedy delivery. I met him the field and had the igniter fixed in an hour more less. Great job, Karl!

I had an issue with my fridge and they came out, were able to quickly diagnose it and it's fixed. I'm calling them again in the future for my repair needs.

They couldn’t get my washer and dryer off the second floor. Kept telling me it was impossible to do. How is it impossible when you are looking at them on the second floor? They are not equipped to do hard jobs.

I give Karl 4 stars only because I like the guy. Work ethic was good until he dropped off the face of the earth. I keep reaching out to him because he started work orders that are not completed. No answer, no response. Most times his voicemail is full.Currently searching for a new Appliance Repair Guy.
