I've had the same insurance agent throughout my changing usage with state farm. I've gotten a new car, was able to change rates to a lower amount, at my agents checking upon renewal. Jess is great, has always handled my insurance needs quickly, amicably and correctly.

My manager Jaquelyn A Bergman was very kind, from the first meeting she helped me to understand everything and also helped me with the discounts, answered any question during the day, very happy with her, 10/10!
Updated : the company is bad, they raise the payment because there are accidents around me in which I didn't even take part, there were no fines or warnings, but they raised the already expensive insurance, but my manager Jacqueline is just super! this person needs a 100% raise!!!

Exceptional service! The agent Jaquelyn was so eager to help me. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions, very professional, trustworthy and couldn’t be friendlier. Was willing to work with me to help with my needs.
