Front desk little girl is rude and needs to take a customer service class and or classes she rolled her eyes so much I thought They were gonna roll in the back of her head! Quote that I was given was off. It was clear they wanted to make extra money It stated I needed extra services that I did not and I told them I will be going somewhere else. Little girl said I won’t find anyone to do the job in the same day. Literally went down the street to Meineke in New Britain and got it done for $200 in less than 2 hours at that and got exactly what I needed done instead of the extra services they put on my quote paper!! Don’t trust this business R U N !

I had such a great experience at J’s Auto! I have a Kia and sometimes my dealer ship sucks at answering the phone so now I just bring my baby to J’s! I definitely recommend them for any issues! Just be sure to call first! Business is booming, so make an appointment if you don’t want to wait!

I called twice and even sent a email asking to get some work done on my truck. It’s been weeks and no one ever got back to me. I heard nothing but good things about this shop but customer service is trash. If you need your car worked on go somewhere else because clearly they either don’t need your business or they have too many cars to work on. I found another shop down the street from js auto that actually answered my call and is going to work on my truck.

My experience was not very good, they gave me an appointment for 8:00 in the morning and when I arrived at the appointment they left me waiting until 10:00 in the morning. When I asked the recessionist to arrive at 8:00, they told me yes. I could come another day because they were very busy they made me miss a day of work

Forgot to leave a review. Went for an oil change and they didn’t put my cap back on properly. Oil everywhere. Saw good reviews online but when I brought my vehicle back after their mistake, they said it was “an air tube” and acted with animosity towards me. Online says good reviews but I wouldn’t touch this place again.Service: Oil change

You guys need to hire a competent person who returns calls. That guy at the front desk does not move a finger to call back when asked. Went there and had to keep calling every day my car was getting fixed because the front desk guy never calls to keep you updated. I hate places that never call back it is disrespectful and unprofessional. ??Service: General repairs & maintenance

I wouldn't go to any other auto repair. The mechanics are professional, courteous,and honest. These are qualities that are difficult to find these days. I have never had any issues with my car after they do repairs. I go there for my car's maintenance. The young lady at the desk is pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend J's Auto Sales & Repair.
