Not a big store, but has substantial selection. I guess students workers, always changing, some are nice while others are indifferent.

If I could give zero stars I would. Attitudes are always off and the Asian man who owns the store is the worst of all. If you can go somewhere else please do! I’ve been frequenting this place for the last couple years because, unfortunately, it’s the most convenient hair store for me to get to. Today was my last straw. I went in with my daughter who unfortunately, made a small mess messing around with one of the products on the shelf. She was within my view but did what kids do sometimes being curious. I apologized and spoke to my child as soon as it happened. Again, I’ve been coming here for years with no issue. When I went to check out, the man from behind the counter, while still helping the customer in front of me, thought it was appropriate to tell me “you need to watch your kid” because of what happened. While I understand my daughter did make a SMALL mess, the way he thought it was appropriate to speak to me while still serving another customer was completely inappropriate and rude. Spend your money elsewhere!

They like to close the store before the hours listed online. I go here often because it's like the only hair store out here, but I'll go elsewhere. I had just spent $54 here earlier in the day and returned to get something for my daughter. We arrived at 6:50 and I knew exactly what I was grabbing... we were able to open the door and walk in but as we walked down the aisle, they turned the lights off. It wasn't 7pm yet and why let us in the store just to be rude and shut the lights off. See us walk in, didn't say anything at all but shut the lights off. And the owner is quite rude on a regular basis. I'm all set.

Closed 5 minutes early 12/16/23, If you close at 7, you close at 7. If you close at 6:55, update the hours.

Absolute worst attitudes from both store associates both times I went. And extremely unprofessional. Never again...trust and believe. Stay clear from this place. Sad to see black on black crime. But hey. They tap dancin for their dollar and perpetuating stereotypes.

They always have what I need and some of the staff is very helpful. Only thing is most times other staff are always behind the cash counter. Not throughout the store. You half to either yell or walk up to the front to get assistance.

My daughter and I were the ONLY ppl in the store and suddenly the owner came out and wanted to straighten items in every aisle that we went down while we were deciding which hair to get and looking for a specific product. I tried to talk myself out of this feeling trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. Then I see that other women have felt this way also... Coincidence...I think not! Count ya days bc this isn't the first time I have felt this way in this store. Now I see I'm not alone...

Didn’t have a good experience in this store. I couldn’t shop in peace, felt like the owner kept watching me and my daughter while we decided on what crochet hair I wanted. I will order my hair products from Amazon from now on. The lady at the register is a better sales person!!!!

Asian Owners are so racist towards black shoppers. I stopped going because even the black staff are EXTREMELY rude.
