“I had ordered flowers from an online florist for a funeral service on a Monday. That florist emailed me late Sat and told me they couldn't deliver until Tuesday. Imagine my dislike. I panicked because I wasn't in town for the services, most florists were closed on Sunday. Early Monday morning, I called Marzi Florist. The woman I spoke to was wonderful. She took my order and assured me they'd be delivered that same day... and they were. The flowers were perfect. Great customer service. Thank you, Marzi Florist!”
“Ordered flowers and gave specific instructions as to where they needed to be delivered unfortunately the driver delivered to wrong address. Called shop to check on delivery status and they immediately recognized the error and had flowers delivered without further delay or incident. The flowers were fresh and reasonably priced and the recipient was very happy. Despite the delay I recommend this shop based on their honesty and customer service.”
