Got home from work to find a massive dattco bus taking up five parking spaces in a private lot, no way to contract the driver. Can't park in my parking space now!

Super easy- I've only traveled once so far, but very impressed. Easy online ticket purchase, and it downloads immediately. Very very friendly driver, safe, on-time, clean (but older), roomy, outlets and wifi work well, free bike storage underneath, and convenient schedule from Boston-New Bedford.

Awful! Driver get lost on the way to and from our destination. No air conditioning on a 40 minute drive! Unacceptable!
