Absolutely thee worst pharmacy that I’ve been to. This is now the third time that I’ve had to come here for my Child’s medication and they continue to make a mistake. I was told last week that her medicine would be ordered and it would be here by Monday. It is Now Tuesday, and I’m being told that the medication was never filled. Now I’m being told that I have to wait an extra 20-30 minutes. This place is completely out of control. Changing pharmacies ASAP I understand people get busy but this is a bit too much and I can’t continue to not have my medication when it’s needed

Worst Service ever experienced. Not once or twice. Many times . . Only the answering machine and never answered by any operator. Every time status processing.
When I go to pick up sometimes not ready or don’t have the order . Then asking to come in an hour. But after 10-20 minutes ready for pick up. No Supervisor to complain. This is the patient service. I am so frustrated.

every single time i come to this location there is astronomically long wait times. it does not make sense. i was sent over to this location from southington since they could not fill my prescription. once arrived at new britain they told me it would be an hour and a half before i could get my prescription filled. this isnt the first time this has happened. i understand busy days but its not right to send people all over the place for their meds and then make them wait so long. there were of plenty of people working so im confused. if i could give this location ZERO stars i would. not the mention all of the employees are extremely rude and not understanding. Will NOT be returning to this location ever again. dont come here if you want to be given the run around.

Dr called in prescription at 7:30pm. I went to pick up at 8:45pm and was told it would take another 1- 1 1-2 hrs before it would be ready. Went back at 10:30pm. It wasn’t even started and was told it would be another 30mins. Didn’t get home with meds until after 11pm to a dog sick husband. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again.

To get photos printed you have to fight with a 30 year old machine that wants to die but they won’t let it. Skip this and just order them online like everything else.

The doctor prescribed strong painkillers for my husband due to an injury to his back.
When he arrived to pick up his medications they were not ready and he was asked to come back in an hour. After over an hour I arrived to pick up the medication, I stood in line for another 30 minutes and it turned out that the medication was still not ready. I asked the person who served me if he could specify when it would be ready and he said “NO because they have so much customers“ Completely ignoring the fact that a person who is in pain cannot wait for medication all day!
In my opinion the customer service there is terrible. Zero understanding and compassion for sick people!!!

This cvs pharmacy is the rudest, unkind pharmacy I have ever been to. They think they can speak to you with disrespect because you need your medication. I am so sad this company allows this behavior

CVS store is OK, but the on line store is not set up correctly. If you apply your Extrabuck and/or your earned coupons to the order and for some reason CVS cancels your order, your ExtraBuck and/or earned coupons will NOT be credited back. You lost your money. No phone number or email that you can discuss about the issue!! I got bad experience with this!

Extremely rude and inattentive staff. We came here to pick up prescriptions at 7:36 pm on 12/10/24. The woman at the drive thru couldn’t keep it together. She was confused, she took forever, had to give her our information multiple times, threw receipt on the ground, all the while smacking on chewing gum. Horrible. Disgusting.

THIS STORE IS THE WORST WHY DO THEY HAVE APPOINTMENT FOR VACCINE IF THEY DONT USE THE TIMES , MY 70 YEAR OLD MOM WENT TO GET THE FLU SHOT SHE WAITED FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR AND THEN WHEN IT WAS HER TIME FOR HER APPOINTMENT THEY SAID WE ARE BUSY NOW U HAVE TO WAIT SOME MORE ! UNBELIEVABLE , THEY ARE TERRIBLE !!!!

This is the worst cvs . The drive thru is never opened . I'm not understanding how difficult can it be that they can't staff this location. I have called corporate several times it's like they do not care. The pharmacy manager is the worse human on planet rude, and obnoxious when you tell him what's the problem. When you go inside store they have 2 cashiers . Why isn't one on window. Then in front of store they have 2 at cashier doing nothing but standing there. They always claims it's diff employees . Smh it's time to change pharmacy

Normally this is an enjoyable trip. Linda is so nice, friendly and helpful. Tonight however, there was a girl at the front register sitting. Barely putting in any effort. Didn't ask if I wanted a bag or anything. I'm usually very understanding it's not always rosie all the time but come on. I work retail and my feet hurt everyday but I'm there for my customers everyday with a smile on my face cus my pain/worries/problem isn't their fault.
