Horrible don’t come to this location they cut the hours of the pharmacists and open and closed at random hours and can’t get medication until 1-2 days after doctor sends to the pharmacy.

WORST customer service ever. Was picking up a prescription for my 8 month old in the drive thru- was told his insurance wasn’t on file and I would need to come in. No big deal, went in and got the insurance added. Then as the worker had my prescription in his hand and updated the insurance he says “ okay give me another hour or hour and 1/2” I said “ okay are we just waiting for insurance response?” He responded with “No just need to change the paper work on the bag. I then proceeded to ask him if there was anyway it would be done soon I was there with 3 kids. He gave me a nasty attitude and basically just walked away from me not budging on the time. Turns out the lady behind him said I can do it now- no problem. She literally grabs the paper from the printer. Takes off the old paper and attaches the new paper- literally 20 seconds of her time. The guy then calls me over to ring out and he is just so rude- I tell him thank you and have a nice day and he just throws my receipt down and walks away. The customer service is LACKING especially by the gentleman in the pharmacy with long dark braids/twists.. I will NEVER use this location again- after the interaction and lack of care I canceled my CVS care pass subscription and will be going elsewhere. I get we don’t live in the easiest of times right now especially for pharmacists but the way this gentleman treated me for no good reason was APPAULING. I was kind and patient and didn’t once give them a hard time. I wish I got the gentleman’s name to report him directly he doesn’t deserve to be working int the field he does

Just go and transfer your medicine somewhere else, this please is terrible and the service is getting worst overtime.

Do not go here! This CVS keeps you on hold for over 30minutes, and then they hang up on you. Sone staff are extremely rude and judgemental. CVS on West Main Street do not keep accurate records, and if there is an issue or a miscommunication, they blow you off and refer you to someone else.The CVS on Columbus Blvd is great! I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your perscription management.

Place sucks no stars worst employees and managers every place is just getting worse which I didn’t think was possible! Doesn’t even honor their handicapped check out lanes at pharmacies or front it’s not right

I wish I could rate this location higher. I needed a reliable pharmacy for my vaccine appointments, so I scheduled online ahead of time. I received an email stating my appointment was confirmed. Upon arriving to the pharmacy 5 mins before my appointment, I checked in online and walked into the store. As I walked up to the pharmacy inside, I received an alert to my phone stating that my appointment had been canceled. Confused, I asked the pharmacist why it was canceled and if I could still receive a vaccination. They shared that this CVS location stopped conducting vaccinations weeks earlier and were still trying to get the appointment booking system taken off the website. They recommended I rescheduled with another CVS Pharmacy nearby, but offered no assistance.Needless to say, I will not be returning to CVS Pharmacy for my vaccinations in the future.

My mom went to get two prescriptions she needed. When she ask the employee about the other one, she told her she didn't have time to check. Unbelievable. I'm so glad I left. I am trying to convince her to leave too.
