I was profiled/prejudged by one of the staff members at the West Main Street location. She took one look at me and asked if I knew what I wanted then asked me if I had a license. I answered. Another customer walks in who is not a was not a woman of color and did not question her. Ask everyone that walks in the store. Let’s get some professional training here along with learning how to be unbiased with your customers.The staff member was inappropriately dressed, wearing a fitted camisole that is supposed to be worn under a blouse. Super inappropriate, and yet had the nerve to size me up.I have been a loyal customer of that store for 22 years and purchased countless gift cards fir my students over the years. I had a good relationship with every manager and tried to keep the rapport intact being a Cosmetology Department ahead at one of the local schools.The only thing that was great about this morning’s experience was seeing my favorite shampoo back in stock.

This store is a mess !!!!

Visited the store on Monday the 19th. Staff didn’t greet at the door she was busy on her phone . All the shelves were a mess . You can’t find anything. The store hasn’t been front and faced in god knows how long . Matrix had developed but by or couldn’t see what they had because everything was all pushed back . Same with lightener . Products are in weird places . Not impressed with this store . Second time I’ve been there and it is also my second time not having a good experience . Inventory needs to be restocked contestant and products front and faced . One of the walls even have products all knocked over . Overall unorganized and they aren’t on top of inventory and bringing fourth stock

The staff at Cosmo pro in West Hartford are fabulous! They helped us with our entire order! They new their product lines and we're able to meet our every need. Highly recommend this store. They were pleasant and wonderful to work with! Will definitely go back! Thanks ladies! U even carried our product to our car! Above and beyond kind! ??
