AAA couldn't replace my tire, the spare was stuck to the bottom of the van. They towed it to the nearest place and thankfully that was here. They got me on the road with minimal cost and delay.

Worked there for 9 years most racist place I have worked. Salesman Ricky pratt called former employee the n word got no repercussion fired employee calls latinos you people ? still no consequences avoid this place

This is the place to go for auto repair and oil changes! I won't go anywhere else in the area. Was amazed at how clean the place was and they were super friendly. Keith the owner is right there on the counter making sure everything is going smooth. I also liked that they had several employees who were ASE certified, including a Master Technician. Prices were good but the service was amazing. Thank you Connecticut Tire!

Bought a set of cheap JK tires for my 2010 grand Cherokee and they gave me a discount along with it too! However 2 hours after putting these tires on 2 of them popped on the highway and I was left stranded! Would never buy from them again, seems like some shady business.

My family and I have been using these guys for 20+ years for anything related to tires or suspension; always good work, higher price than chain shops esp after they raised rates across the board... but you get what you pay for. Dont live in area anymore, but was going to be in town for a day and planned to get 4 new all seasons. Looking for a specific model of Continental tire - I perused the Connecticut Tire website and chose my tire, selected protection program, full alignment and balance. The manufacturers warranties on some of these tires are great btw. Next screen had me choose a day and time for install...i selected the date when i would be in town which was a week away. I get my quote online and in an email, no payment yet obviously. Figured i was good to go, boom done appt scheduled. Unfortunately no, i show up the day of my supposed appt and was told very little other than "this is a quote only" by the older gentleman who managed to match my already snippy tone. I then pointed out that the email says "Install date: 10am June 17". The man doesnt even look at me and says "well we didnt order them and they arent in stock". Wasnt interested in any other set of boots so i walked out. Hard to imagine a tire shop with a flawless online shopping system that doesnt schedule the appointment for you! Admittedly this is a minor gripe that most customers will never encounter. Annoying since now i have to give my money to some random shop in another state.TDLR: Learn from me and call to order tires or book appt. Dont trust everything you read on the internet.
