My drug test instructions said I can take it between 9-5 showed up at 4:35. They told me they stop doing drug tests at 4:30. Why do the instructions say 9 to 5pm?

Wait is unbearable and staff refuses to give any estimates. Staff also refuses to update clients via message. Im in medical field and this is the worst concerta location i have to go to. Dont recommend going to this location if you need to see an md inless you are willing to waste hrs og your time

PT staff Very nice staff, patient, pleasant. It’s my 3rd time checking in , and I’m pleased with the setup. I have my therapist who’s thorough and asks questions to make sure with me my thoughts on how my pain is affecting me.

Intake was quick and easy. Although my personal information wasn't accurate in the system it ended up getting updated. That was all. Everything was good.

Waited in waiting room 30 mins just to finally get called and wait 2 more hours for the dr to come in for a simple blood test. Then left room to ask about doctor and got a nasty attitude from terrible workers in reception only came here because my job made me hopefully I never have to come back. A joke of a medical facility. No communication to patients and bad front desk they rather gossip then help patients.
