Another New Britain miss here. Stores are in constant change. Doesn't have a lot of variety. Not the worst place in the world to go to, but also don't get to excited. You'll be disappointed.

The stores are usually open. Plus at Cost Cutter's you can walk right in WITHOUT an appointment unless you'd rather CALL, for an appointment or book one online or offline I mean what difference does it make? Sorry about that ( bias parts) . Then U can stop at Price Rite where PAPER bags are available upon asking.

Everything closes at 9. Security guard in price rite was a little weird. I guess he was just doing his job but as someone who’s not coming into the store to rob you. It’s weird to have someone all eyes on you just because it’s 8:35 PM

Good selection of shops, good will is small though. Lots of parking. Very convenient, could get groceries, prescriptions, and liquor in one place; grab chinese food or snacks from dollar store if you wanted too.

Terrible service. Went to pick up a prescription and they said there was nothing there then said my doctor didn't call it in and I said I know she did cause I was on the phone with her. Then the guy said it hadn't been processed and he didn't give me a time to come back for it. Staff aren't all that friendly or helpful either.

They have to lock up deodorant... so it can take longer to shop and the store is not organized in an intuitive way ..so it's not a quick stop.
