My mother has been going to Automotive Connection for years as well as my daughter and myself . You never feel they are taking advantage or sell you something you don’t need . This is hard to find in this business . I highly recommend them

I have been bringing my cars here for 23 years and have always been more than satisified with their service and auto repair quality. They use superior parts, explain why a repair is needed and blend all this in with excellent, friendly and professional customer service.
Also, I have had about a dozen occasions where they said a repair I assumed would be needed was NOT neccesary. They could have just gone ahead and replaced the part and charge me the labor but they did not.
From Elizabeth, who is fabulous in the front desk, to Jim and Chris who skillfully keep our cars healthy, to Kenny who runs the shop, I cannot think of a better place to bring your car!

Please stay away from this service center. My wife's car, which was just serviced there yesterday for an oil change, unexpectedly broke down today in the midst of a busy road right after exiting the highway. To our shock, we discovered that all the engine oil had leaked out. This was a first-time experience for us, causing immediate panic and necessitating a call to the police for help. When I contacted the service center, their response was dismissive, merely stating that everyone makes mistakes. This is particularly frustrating because I had just inspected the car's bumper a few days ago and noticed no issues on the bottom. Now, we're dealing with an extensive oil leak. After taking our car to the dealership for a detailed inspection, it was found that the seal was broken during an oil change by Automotive Connection, leading to the oil leak. The dealership's technician presented us with the damaged seal, demonstrating such a dumb and basic mistake could have serious consequences. I can't believe it happened. You guys really let us down with this amateur move. Our choice to use this center was influenced by the Costco discount, but I've come to realize that it’s not worth it. I caution everyone to be very careful if you're considering this place for car repairs, especially if it's just for a discount.

Great place and fair prices. I used them for my Honda HRV's wheel alignment, and to correct a faulty exhaust system on my husband's Toyota pickup. Highly recommend!

I recommended them to my Daughter to get her 2016 Subaru Forester fixed. Had a check Engine light on. After they Diagnosed it and fixed it the Bill was close to $800 to replace an o2 sensor. I called them a couple times and talked to them and explained that that was a bit excessive. After I did some research we could have had it done at the dealership for $200 less with a year warranty. They told me that the labor charge they go by a book. So another words if it takes them an hour and the book says up to 3 hours that is what you paying. they did mark the part up a bit too and knew they would. I believe honesty will keep people coming back. They just lost me as a customer and they lost a new customer that could have been going back. I like to support small businesses but not if they charge more then the dealer for a repair. They were nice talking to me, but overcharge. Honesty can go a long way.Is sad because they are a Costco recommended repair shop but not for me at those prices.I called back as they ask me to do in their response, but they stand by what they charge.I have to say Elizabeth was real nice talking to me about it, no complain there, but we as customers go to this small shops to save the money we would pay at the dealerships. not the case here.Services: General repairs & maintenance

This review is based on the way I was treated in inquiring about service! Keep in mind as reading, never did I insist on anything, I just inquired about brake parts. All they had to do is say, “sorry, we don’t do that here, are you still interested in getting your brakes done?” If they responded with respect and appreciation I would have definitely got it done! Especially since it’s near my job!I called to bring my car there to fix my brakes. The girl quoted me what seemed a very high price. I asked her how much the parts and labor was. She told me and I asked her if they had any cheaper options for the brakes and she was slightly rude. After saying no I kindly asked her if I could buy my own brakes and bring them there. The girl didn’t even have the decency to answer me and said, “maybe you should go somewhere else.”Talk about a business who doesn’t appreciate their customers or attaining new business. Most businesses would be thrilled to have the opportunity to earn their business. Not this place. Then I spoke to the owner. I told him what happened and he interrupted me and said, “yeah I agree we don’t use any other parts because we only use best!”If I’m treated like that before I buy any service I can’t imagine what would it be like if I had got work done there and there was a problem or I had a question with the work!

During my cars last oil change at another shop I was told that the serpentine belt required service(replacement). I decided to have Automotive Connection check the serpentine belt and I authorized its replacement. The service tech checked the belt and found no cracks or glazing. Therefore it did not require a replacement. Automotive Connection saved me approximately $200.00.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Any time something goes wrong with my car I call up Automotive connection and they are they're willing to help me and figure out a solution and give me lots of options on what I can do. This is the only place that I trust my car to be at now I never have an issue after getting work done here. The customer service is amazing here and they are always willing to help you out. If anybody is looking to get their car fixed I would definitely recommend this place you will be pleased with the work that they do.Services: Body & Trim
