Terrible customer service…I ordered two magazines that were advertised to fit an SR-25 AR-10, they didn’t. They would not lock in the rifle, just fell right out. I tried a second rifle (different manufacturer) to see if it was a weapon problem, the second rifle had the same issue, they would not lock in place.Called them up and they said they would send me a return label. I sent them back a few days later. They received the package on February 5th. By February 20th I had not received a refund and called their customer service line, no answer and voicemail was full. The next say I tried again, no answer and voicemail was full. I also tried sales, same thing…no answer and the voicemail was full.On February 23rd I sent a message to their Facebook account. The Sales and Marketing Manager, Dan, replied. He told me he had been out if the office since the first and that “a lot has been left undone” in the three weeks he was gone. He said he would address it on Monday.Monday came and went and I heard nothing. On Tuesday I sent another message asking for an update. I was told the refund request was sent and should be processed that day, this was February 27th. March 4th, still no refund. I sent a message that afternoon and was told he would confirm in the morning.The next day I received a message “The failed to do it when I sent the email on the 27th. I just confirmed it’s now been processed”. I finally received the refund on March 6th.So I’m not sure what is going on. The employee I was dealing with was blaming everyone else around them. So it’s either a leadership/management issue with this company, they’re terrible at hiring people, or they have one person that can’t do their job but blames everyone around them. Maybe this is also a reflection on quality control and that’s why the product did not fit as advertised.

This company is trash. I order a set of 5 magazine that claim to have anti tilt followers, and the followers tilt all the way verticle. The don't feed ammo correctly. I have a return claim in and it's been sitting in their system for 13 days with no response. Can't call in as it just goes to some guys voicmail, and it's the same voicemail regardless of what option you pick. Stay away! I wish I would have read the negative reviews before I purchased them. I'm out 100 bucks now and stuck with garbage magazines.

I ordered 5 of their magazines for my AR-10. They do not feed properly and I can not get anyone at this company to refund me or offer a replacement. They are a trash company that does not deserve your business.

5***** service. Inventory shipped quickly given the industry wide shortages. Well packaged and discrete. Product: 25 round and 10 round 6.8SPC stainless steel mags. Also got some of the followers. Excellent Total price for product quality. Will do business with in the future.

ordered 5 mags for my .224 valkyrie, 1st round shoots fine but always fails to load the following round. I have emailed and called them several times to no avail. don't make the same mistake I did trying to support them.

I own many of these magazines in almost all the AR calibers.All function perfect. For the other reviewers that claim to have issues,you have to take into consideration that all ARs are not exactly the same. Therefore, you may have to grind down the edges of the magazine for aproper feed. This is especially true for the 6.8 SPC.

I have had nothing but problems with a 450 bushmaster magazine from them. Their customer service as absolutely terrible. They do not respond to messages and when you call they say they will call you right back and never do. They told me via email a month or more ago that they were sending me a replacement and I have yet to receive it and can’t get any answers as to where my replacement is. They wanted the defective magazine back so I shipped it back and now they are saying they will inspect it and take the situation from there. The tracking number shows that they have had the defective magazine since September 24 2020 but yet Mary from customer service says they don’t have it. I will never use this company again and highly recommend that everyone does not do business with this company.

I bought 10 of the 20 round shorty magazines for my AR15. They all work unbelievably well and I personally love the look of the short magazines. I'm hoping to buy more soon.

Bought one of their magazines and it won't lock into rifle with bolt closed and bolt won't close if magazine is inserted with bolt open. Customer service doesn't not answer messages. Never again will I purchase something made by this company.

Just Purchased 5 762x39 AR 15 mags 0 of them work. Customer service @ ASC will not fix or replace product. Never ASC again

I don't understand the reviews. I have the ASC SS 30RD Mags about 25 of them for one of my AR-15's and they NEVER malfunction and are the toughest magazine I got because that stainless steel is so hard and corrosion resistant. I've never dealt with customer service and maybe the reviewers are right on that. However when it comes to the AR15 Stainless Steel Mags I can't find any more reliable and just durable abuse resistant magazine than ASC AR-15/M16 Magazines.

Customer Service could take care of customers instead of telling them to go back to the distributor. It's not the distributors product it's ASC. I'll stock
