I used Allied Van Lines (Siracusa Moving Company) in New Britain for my move from Massachusetts to Arizona. These folks were pros from beginning to end. Communication was easy, appointment times were kept, and all personnel — estimator, driver, loaders, office staff — were knowledgeable, truthful and helpful. They even helped me arrange to ship my car.

Movers were prompt, efficient and friendly. Good experience. There were some chipped, cracked and broken items which we will report when completed unpacking but otherwise good experience

Pick up and drop off dates and times went as scheduled. From CT to FL 9000 lbs
Driver was great to work with overall.
Unfortunatly, some items that were checked off as delivered cannot be located. A couple items cannot be replaced.
If by a slim chance i locate the couple of cartons that are missing i will give a better rating.

Our driver Mike and his team at the origin and destination were outstanding with our interstate move. Great communication throughout the week from the Siracusa team and they handled our items with great care and respect.

They were very good. The price they quoted was right on target. The pick up went very smooth. They picked up at 8:00 Tuesday morning in Connecticut & we had our belongings at 8:00 Sunday morning in Florida. They go above & beyond. They make darn sure everything is off the truck & in the place that you want it before they leave. They are really friendly & responsive to all of your needs. The coordinator was very helpful & kept in contact with us quite often throughout the process.

Everything for my parents move was great! From the initial communication through the drop off in California, everyone was so helpful and professional. Taeler, Bob, Nikki and Steve were all so wonderful and on top of things throughout the move. I highly recommend them.

It was a challenge from the beginning with communication, supplies and timing of delivery. The real problem lies when you pay the high costs associated with a move, you at least expect your items will be handled with care. We had parts missing from chairs and desks. Our most important, costly recliner had a giant grease stain on it when unwrapped. The movers have a difficult job. It certainly is not easy, but the planning, communication and execution for the money we paid needed to be better.

We had a relatively small move of some of our home possessions to Florida. Although it was relatively small, there was still a lot of important things for us to bring to our new home. The driver and the men he brought to help him load were courteous, thorough, wrapped everything beautifully. Delivery was flawless and as professional and well done. Not a thing broken bent or torn. We’re very appreciative and would highly recommend Siracusa moving and storage.

The team handled our long distance move very well. They were responsive from the first phone call I made to them. They did a great job with the packing and moving and everything arrived safely as promised.

The process of a multi-state move had me a bit concerned, but didn't need to. The CT crew was incredible! They were on time, and laughing the entire time they loaded up my condo (to the elevator, truck, and back). I couldn't have asked for a better team! Receiving my items in FL was equally amazing. The pair who were assigned the location were on time, efficient, and also rather light-hearted. Fantastic experience, and would recommend Allied (Siracusa @ New Britain, CT) to everyone!

Dwight who was the head driver was very professional and orderly. The packing went good. Delivery was not so good. They wrapped a family antique that I did not request they wrap and it is broken. There are other damages. The crew he had to unload was a family with little children. I was concerned the kids would get hurt.
