Everytime you call that place either they can't hear you well or Andres Davila never available because he is on the phone all the time. What kind of business is this.. very trashy and ghetto. Everyone there thinks they are on the hood. That specific place needs a new team that would actually provide good customer services. Andre Davila is a double bag.

Called for a broken platform bed 3 weeks later no pick up just called today Saturday 08/26/23 and still not picked called store no answer but if you owe they immediately call you if you order they're pleased to get a new order now when it's for a return it's whenever hopefully store manager and corporate see this

My experience was very upsetting. I ordered a bedroom set, living set and Television. I was told the items would be delivered on Friday 4pm to 7pm. No one showed, called or delivered the items. I called the store and requested to speak with the store manager, Andre. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He canceled my delivery and didn't notify me. What a inconvenience. He said they were still waiting to hear back from my references. Please keep in mind that I completed my application two weeks ago, merchandise paid for. The manager offered no solution, he was upset that I was upset. He refunded my money, refuse to give me the refund policy. He hung up in my face. His sales rep Destiny was unprofessional, neglected to do her job and follow-up. I would advise to avoid this store all together. Unless your looking for a ghetto experience. Avoid at all cost. This store needs to be shut down. ?

This store is very unorganized with their delivery me and my roommate both were told we would be the first to be delivered to on two separate days my roommate had to miss a day of work waiting for them I on the other hand waited three extra hours from what they told me they told us both we would be first and we had to call and call and call when you go in they're happy to help you because they're making a profit but come delivery day they are not helpful at all I do not recommend shopping at this particular Aaron's!! If I could give less than one star I would find another one do not shop at the one on Columbus boulevard

Very inconsistent and it’s been 1 answer after another just to get a 65 inch Samsung tv I leased. I was told by destiny who’s apparently a sales manager this morning that they were waiting for the delivery people to come in so they can bring the tv and now I just got off the phone with someone completely different and all of sudden I’m being told I have to wait until Friday even though the ETA was supposed to be on 9/15 no consistency very frustrating and they don’t see it as an issue. A lot of miscommunication and that’s no way to run a business

Got a bed room set from them and my som loves it!!!! They are sooooooo helpful! Team is amazing! I make my payments on time and when I can’t I call them! No issues!!!
