“My first visit with two cats went smoothly from the minute I pulled into the parking lot- a tech came and helped me carry the cats into the building from my car. During the examinations Dr. Ball was pleasant and thorough. She was not rushed and answered my questions professionally and thoughtfully. I noticed that my anxious dog, Bailey used to absolutely hate going but she slowly got used to it! She doesn't mind going to the vet as much!
My cat, Slim had been going there since I adopted him. He used to have bad FELV flare ups and they would always get him in within maximum a few days. Slim loved the vet techs and the vet! The receptionists new my cat by name, and I really appreciated that. My partner and I really appreciated Grant's compassion and honesty when Slim passed. They let me stay there with Slim the day he was struggling, in his last moments, until they closed. It was a really difficult day, and knowing that the person taking my passed fur baby was going to care and treat him with respect made it a bit easier.”
“Been with this clinic since Dr Cohen and we love Dr Mags and the office set up. He takes time with the animals which matters greatly to me. They’ve done a lot of work on the clinic and monitor the ‘traffic flow’ which is appreciated. We trust Dr Mags with my service dog’s health issues and my dog trusts him…and Alby. ;) Always awesome to have Alby around during visits. I think Alby has helped make the vet a positive place for my dog! :) I look forward to bringing future service dogs in training here to get some reassurance and training from Alby and a good positive vet experience with Dr Mags.”

“I called in for an emergency visit for my Cat Salem he wouldn’t stop puking and I was extremely worried. Dr Broderick’s staff said if I didn’t mind waiting I could be seen the same day at 10:30am. We arrived at the appointment and was immediately seen and out within a half an hour for a diagnosis. Dr. Broderick was extremely professional and made me feel better about Salem. If you need a new Veterinarian I highly recommend him!”

“They have been phenomenal for our 4year old cat. She is feisty and has unfortunately had quite a list of health issues over the past year and a half. Last year she became very sick basically overnight. Our previous primary "low cost" vet was impossible to get a hold of. I was frantically calling every vet I could find and no one was willing to fit her in as a new patient. They were so kind and did what they could to get us seen. They worked with us on finding her the right medication and offered affordable options. Their visits are pretty affordable as well. The doctor is great, thorough, and straight to the point. Would absolutely recommend.”
“My cat Quincy was seen for a wellness check and some concerns I’ve recently had. He is a new patient to Stone Veterinary Hospital and I was very, very pleased. The office staff was very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Ira Stone was extremely pleasant, patient and didn’t make me feel I was over worrying. He paid attention to me, keeping eye contact and explained everything thoroughly. He didn’t make me feel rushed or that I was taking too much of his time. Highly recommend!”

“I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Stone. The staff and Doctors were nothing but caring and gentle with my Ella. She was a large and very nervous dog that would try to bite, however they handled her so well. The last vet I was at made me feel bad that she was like that. Not at Stone. They accepted her for the way she was. When it was time for her to cross the Rainbow Bridge the Techs and Dr AJ were so patient and gentle with her. Yesterday I received a card, handwritten, from Dr AJ sending her condolences and a little paw with seeds to plant to remember Ella. They also donated money to a charity in Ella's name. Beautiful. The business they used for cremation was wonderful as well. They sent her remains home in box I picked & it was put in a velvet bag along with an impression of Ella's paw and a Rainbow Bridge token. I am reading these other reviews and I am surprised at the accusations of price gouging. I never felt I was being charged too much. We have had dogs for almost 30 years and where I was taking them in the past was so much more expensive and the care for Ella deteriorated as she was difficult to handle. I hope Stone thrives and is around for a long time. Also I don't know why this is saying I'm from California! I live in Connecticut!!!”

“Dr. Dolcort is wonderful. Does not push for anything other than what is necessary. Is always so nice to my dogs and my littlest dog that I had to bring in yesterday is always a nervous wreck, and was surprisingly calm! This makes me feel so relieved that I have someone and somewhere I can trust bringing my dogs to. Also, when I went to pay, it was completely fair, not overcharged one bit! Highly recommend.”

“I’ve been taking my dog here for years and only just met Dr.. Miska when taking my dog in for a sick visit. She was wonderful; very thorough and called/texted to make sure he was improving. They give you an estimate of the cost for the visit (scans, labs, meds, etc) so you know what the bill will be beforehand. Highly recommend!”

“Straight forward.. communication is on point!!!!?understanding thoughtful, patient,and they take their time with our babies. And their follow up is just as important to us as it is to them. Honestly I called them looking for a new vet mine was never available and I just needed to find a new one .
