I was in a pinch to get a last minute Apple Watch as a gift after getting a runaround from both Best Buy and Walmart. Alex confirmed over the phone that they had what we wanted in stock and once in store he had me on my with with the new watch very quickly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this Verizon store.

Came into the store over in Naugatuck for a problem with my phone not working. Was helped by Alex and I was able to use my phone within a few minutes. Super simple I will be back again!! These guys always do a great job.
