It's always empty and staff is very helpful and nice. Unless you wanna use there tape you have to pay for a whole roll just to get a strip for the back of the envelope ?

I just lost a half hour of my day (on December 23rd) so that they could have an extra two minutes. I got to the post office at 4:58 and the door was still open. However both workers had just begun cashing out their drawers and denied me service. Now I have to drive up to downtown Waterbury before 6pm. Great job, you got an extra two minutes and I lost 30.

My carrier has not delivered my mail in weeks. I called today and the “Carrier Manager” was rude and made an excuse for the carrier that delivers mail on Christian Rd. I have lived at the home for 8 years and have had nothing but issues. The manager said that the carrier did not read the individual change of address form correctly. That is all well and good but I have not received mail in weeks and have been caused an inconvenience because now I have a legal hearing as my mail was sent back as undeliverable and a check that I needed to pay for my child’s school was sent back. So this as the manager said is not a small MISTAKE. This is not acceptable. The repeat problems and issues in 8 years I have had is not acceptable. And the manager saying sorry, well that is not good enough either.

Terrible service both post offices in Naugatuck are full of part time slackers I’ve lived in Naugatuck for just over 20 years at this point this is a reoccurring problem. I’ve never seen people so stupid before in my life every time I go down there I have to explain to them what to do and how to find my mail… they are useless. It’s good to know all my tax dollars go to pay these minorities that can’t even do there own job

I sent a birthday card to my daughter with a gift card in it on April 6, 2021 to New Hampshire. It is now April 28, 2021 and she never received it. I see other people have written on here that envelopes with gift cards disappear. Very upset as I wish I read these reviews before I sent my card. I would have never sent from Naugatuck Post Office and for sure will not make that same mistake again!

The last year the mail has been so inconsistent missing coin deliverys check payments and credit card statements you need to investigate

The staff at the Water Street Naugatuck are great!!!!Most of all Vern that works the front is one of the best!!! Don't ever loose her. My mailman is an 10 also so don't change the Maple Hill Road mailman!!!!!! Merry Christmas!!!!!!!
