“Where should I start? I've purchased 15 cars over 30 years and I have ALWAYS dreaded the car buying process, from the moment I've picked up the phone or stepped on a dealership lot until I drive off in my new car. That was until today, when I stumbled across Autohaus, Inc.

We have been looking for an F150 for several months, I found a truck on cars.com that had all the features I was looking for at a great price. I called the dealership and spoke with the owner, Greg. He was exceptionally friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. He even crawled under the truck to take pictures of the undercarriage for me. I live 5 hours away and I didn't want to make the long drive to find out it had extensive rust. I called back and texted several times to ask additional questions and get pictures. Greg gave me his cell number and responded quickly and after hours. He was willing to hold the truck without a deposit, he had someone closer who willing to close the deal sooner but gave me his word he would hold for us to make the trip. We arrived the next day, 3 hours before the dealership opened, I texted him that I was there and he showed up 30 minutes later.

Maggie was just as friendly and helpful, she was fast and efficient getting the paperwork done so we could get on the road to avoid traffic back to MD. There was no need to try and read fine print, look for hidden fees or spend hours negotiating. The price was already 2k below market value. A small reasonable processing fee of $195 where every other dealership was $1000 or more with multiple other fees. No pressuring to finance, no pressuring to buy overpriced warranties. There was literally 2 lines, the cost of the vehicle and the $195 document fee.

I can't find one negative thing to say. I would 100% buy another vehicle from Greg and Maggie. Go to Autohaus, Inc. you will not be disappointed!!”

“this morning i got in my car to go to work and my car wouldn't start , i knew it wasn't the battery because it was fairly new, as the alternator is as well .. i tried my push button start and nothing , i called my geico road side assistance and within a half hour , sibbys arrived with the tow truck and the driver jerry was above and beyond the best!! he was professional, personable and honest.. he said it may be your starter because everything else seems fine.. he in no time at all , put my car on the truck and said we have time to look at it this am and someone will call you with a diagnosis .. within 3 hours or so, brian the mechanic called me and told me everything was tested and it is not the starter it was a simple fix it was the security , something with the car alarm and he would leave it on the machine a little longer and call me back when it's all set! they called me back a few hours later with the good news that it's all set and even was super accomadating and came and picked me up with my car and i drove back to the garage to pay my bill !! i cannot say enough good stuff about them! i was so impressed and treated wonderful i would definitely refer them and go back to them in the future ! i really appreciated jerry and his kindness.. what a great guy!! also to mention donna was amazing when i went in to pay and the garage dog greeted me at the door what a sweetheart he was !!! thank you all so much”

“I traveled from NY about two weeks ago, and I called ahead to make sure the cars I was interested in were there. They were. The man(owner I think) was soo patient with me as I walked around, asked questions over and over and test drove two cars. I ended up with a gem at a great price!! AND there was a visor that needed repairing, which he immediately acknowledged and told me would be repaired, and I asked if it could be shipped to my house. I got a call yesterday that it is in, and now it’s on its way to my house. A wonderful experience from start to finish!!”
