I have been shocked at how terribly this pharmacy is run. I moved to this pharmacy from the Walmart Naugatuck pharmacy due time location and assuming (by mistake) no pharmacy could be as bad as Walmart. I was WRONG! If you want your and your children's prescriptions to literally NEVER be filled for some bs reason or another and NEVER be contacted, just to show up and find out the medication you needed was NEVER filled, I suggest going here. After not filling our prescriptions for my children and myself 5 times in a row and causing serious issues for us, we moved to another pharmacy. And guess what? After over a month, NOW we are randomly getting calls and messages we have prescriptions ready. How is that even possible since we haven't called ANYTHING in for over a month?? WORST PHARMACY EVER!

Pharmacy is always delinquent in refilling phyc medications for a family member. If I have to call the ambulance for an incident I will let the EMT's know

Normally have a fine experience here but not today! Customer service was extremely lacking. As someone in customer service myself, I'm severely disappointed with the lack of communication and the clear disregard for their client. (Post is about pharmacy department)

Although this grocery store is a bit older and showing its age, it still has a very good selection of groceries, and if you keep your eye out there can be good prices as well. Lots of young kids working the tills, which is fine as long as they know what they're doing (not always). There's a bank inside, and ample parking.
