I have been struggling with these folks for my meds for over 6 months now to just get them filled. I’d go back and forth between the doctor to make sure the script was sent to the rite aid pharmacy and even after a couple of days, rite aid still “claims” they never got it. They are absolutely lying at this point, because I know for a fact my doctor isn’t. Just be aware of the Rite Aid in Naugatuck CT.

I had to change to this pharmacy because my previous pharmacy has closed since I've come to this one. I've had nothing but problems. They refill in the same prescription 2 times and then tell me. I don't have a prescription there when I do. There's always a conflict of everything, there and know one knows right from left. I'm sorry, but I'm leaving right aid. I have had rightaid for over 20 years and this is horrible.

Switched to rite aid from stop and shop because they are more of a full pharmacy. This rite aid always has empty shelves for OTC products - so you end up having to go to multiple stores to get what you need anyway .

I went to this store cause it was on my way home. When did Rite Aid become a convenience store with convenience store pricing. What are they going to do with all the buildings when they go out of business cause their prices are just stupid high.

Maybe you should change the pharmacy hours because it does not open at 8 AM. It opens at 9 AM.... Came to grab my prescription and it was closed. I wouldn't have driven there if the proper hours were posted.

I was given a prescription By my Doctor 2 weeks ago and it WAS FILLED. TODAY THE SAME PRESCRIPTION AND THE IDIOTSAT RITE-AID SAID I HAVE TO PAYFOR BECAUSE IT'S AVAILABLE OVER THE COUNTER...IT RITE-AID IS CLOSING ANY RITE-AID STORES 56 RUBBER AVE NAUGATUCK SHOULD BETHE 1st ON THE LIST TO CLOSE.IDIOTS ALL OF THEM...

Every person working in this store is friendly, caring, and respectful. Holly is the best Pharmacist and is always friendly. I wouldn’t ever want to go to another Pharmacy. I am treated like family there.

Very unprofessional went to the pharmacy to pick up my son and daughter prescription when I got to the window I gave my son name and date of birth first the tech took about 8 mins looking up my son information I asked was everything ok he said so we have one bottle left of the medicine left but I don’t think I can give it to him he said give me a sec he then returned and said I can’t give you anything due to us being low on stock but you can do 1 or 2 things, 1. Being I can wait until the store was stocked again or 2. For me to call a different pharmacy to see if they had the prescription so I asked well if RITE AID didn’t have the prescription why was I never notified? I then asked can you check for my daughter prescription he stated it was not in the system. I left rite aid to call another pharmacy to see if they had the prescription in stock they said yes and to have rite aid send over the prescription I called 3 times no answer so I finally went back in line and was told no the pharmacy had to call there to get the prescription from them(RITE AID)so I was then told his prescription was finally sent over to the pharmacy by another tech but before leaving I asked about my daughter prescription the man at the window says I don’t see it in the system I said STILL so I call her doctor and the doctor stated I sent it over 30 mins ago as she saying this the man then says I see it now (SMFH). Now it’s time for me to go to the pharmacy that rite aid sent the prescription too (for my son) im standing in line for 20 mins after being at rite aid for 20 mins I get to counter and was told rite aid never sent the prescription we been calling no one is answering they were leaving messages and waiting for a phone call in return. I had to call rite aid again just to see if they sent over the prescription. This place has called so much aggravation, plenty of time wasted and pain to two kids. I will definitely be sending our prescriptions to a different pharmacy for now on

Love this pharmacy. I’ve been going here for years and have never had a problem. The pharmacists are always friendly and knowledgeable. I had to bring my dog to my latest visit through the drive thru and they gave him bone! So kind!!!!
