Jason Ruiz has been my agent for some time now. I am so happy that Jason has been working with my family and I. He goes above and beyond to explain everything, especially for my parents that don’t understand English very well. He is very patient with them and I couldn’t ask for a better agent to make sure that we are always safe and taken care of. His customer service care goes above and beyond all expectations. I know we are in good hands with Jason!

I had been with a reputable insurance company bit rates were skyrocketing and after making several attempt to talk to the current company they just didn't seem that interested in keeping me as a customer. I decided to reach out and one company I looked into was State Farm. They were very prompt in helping me with a quote for my home insurance. The rates were not only far better but the agent was professional and did not pressure me in any way. In the next come weeks I was so impressed with what they had offered and the professionalism of the office as a whole that I also switched over my auto insurance. One primary thing that helped me make the decision also was that I could pay monthly without having hefty fees added. So far so good and I would recommend talking to them.

I've selected many different car insurance companies throughout my 50 years of driving. I must say that State Farm is very efficient, competitive priced and has a convenient location right in my town ensuring personalized service!

I worked personally with Antonio and he has been AMAZING!! I been trying to get car insurance in CT and he has helped me do it all! Even helped me understand everything I’ll need with the DMV even helped with how to set up an appointment!! I have never experienced such understanding, caring, and useful help from an insurance company before! If you need someone to help you ask for Antonio!!

Stopped into Statefarm in Naugatuck about a month ago. I was able to walk in without an appointment and they were very friendly and accommodating. I was helped by Jahna, she was awesome to work with. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease, and explained the changing of the house insurance process. It was nice to see such personalized service which you just don't find anymore.

Best experience I've ever had with any insurance company! John was able to save me money from my previous plan and he, along with the other members of this branch were knowledgable to fit my insurance needs. John is also a big supporter of other local businesses so doing business with him is a no brainer for anyone in the area. You won't find another insurer like this who actually cares about their customers and their needs. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I had a vehicle accident a few months ago. It was untimely and can be overwhelming with moving parts that begin after a collision. When the collision happened I immediately got on the phone with John’s office which gave me quick and accurate information to get my estimate for the repair as well as obtaining my rental vehicle.
