“I arrived about an hour before closing on Thursday night. My mother wanted to upgrade her phone. The store was immaculate, well stocked and very well lit. Will D., the solutions specialist, directed me to the iPhone SE after I mentioned that my mother was 92 years old and never had anything but her flip phone. After reviewing her account, he mentioned that she should be getting a $20 credit because she was already signed up for auto pay and paperless billing. He said in order to receive that discount she would need to switch her payment method from credit card to bank account. In less than an hour I was out the door with my mother's new phone. She was thrilled but I did need to bring her to the store the next day so she could update her account to get the $20 credit. She had a few questions which Will who I am now referring to as the super savvy senior citizen representative patiently answered. His friendliness and clear explanation of how to work the phone made my mother totally at ease. In a day she had learned how to text, take photos, set up her email, and was totally comfortable using her new phone thanks to Will!”

“I had a wonderful experience shopping for my new phone. Jordan provided excellent customer and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb.The only negative was the store itself. I guess the ac was broken because it was extremely hot and I felt like I was going to pass out if I had to stay any longer.”
“I went to the Brass Mill mall location for help getting my sons phone reset because of problems with the screen. I had been to 2 other locations for help and was pretty much blown off. I was lucky enough to get Emily who took her time, figured out a strategy and completed the reset for me. I couldn't be more happy with the service. Emily is the best! Don't lose her!”
“We got off to a rocky start trying to migrate 3 lines from a competitor. Most of the problem originated with the mother-ship on the 800-number and continued when we visited this location. They eventually helped us figure it all out and I wanted to than Dariel the store manager. I rated "4" based on the whole experience and I blame the folks at the 800-number for over-promising and lacking on the follow-through. This store is likely a "5" if you were to go in start with them. Thanks Dariel for taking the time.”
“I happened to go into the Xfinity store in Waterbury, Ct on Wolcott Rd to see what I could do with my services to make it more affordable, I was soooo lucky to get paired up with Taysha , OH MY GOODNESS is she an AMAZING asset to that store !!!She really puts the customer first , has their best interests at heart , she makes a difficult situation an easy process , she really knows her business and her knowledge is exceptional!!Xfinity should be so proud to have her representing the brand !!!She explains how I could make big savings with my mobile phone by leaving my current at that time , now I’m with Xfinity /verizon and I LOVE IT !!!She stays on top of her work at all time I’ve seen her interact with other clients and she is so professional and sweet at the same time , which is very comforting!! She very efficient and makes the process so easy !!I will ONLY WORK with her , not saying the other employees are not helpful cause they are but she is the one I will wait for cause I know she will take take of me as she just did the previous client !!!Trust me she is worth the wait !!Taysha is NOTHING SHORT OF THE BEST CUSTOMER EVER!!!I will never try to do anything over phone with Xfinity again Customer service is horrible and problems never resolved .I’m so thankful to have met with Taysha so I will ALWAYS do business and bring business , spreading the word around to friends and family to go see her !!! I Highly recommend her !!!On another note I will also like to compliment the manger in that store as well his name is Fanuel such a pleasure to speak too and also very helpful!! As we know today customer service has really gone out the window , but not with Taysha and FanuelSo to whom it may concern, please do something for Taysha, she is so DESERVING, would really appreciate it!!!And Fanuel too !!A new and forever client to that store !!!”
