I had a bubble in my tire and they had me in and out within a half an hour. Spencer was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I will gladly give this place my service when I have an issue with my car.

Booked the appointment online. I recommend that customers loom at their receipt and confirm that all the work was performed. In my case, they tried to charge me $250 more and the alignment was never performed. The cashier, who was rude, says it was miscommunication. What about my inconvenience? My first and last visit.

I came in with a problem to which I was completely vulnerable. They could have, very easily, taken big time advantage of a senior citizen but they didn't. What they did do was fix my car quickly and at a completely fair price!THANK YOU GUYS!You have no idea how much this sort of honesty and integrity is appreciated by us older folks!

Spencer was great! I showed up at as they were closing with a tire problem him and his team happily helped me out. They fixed my tire for me and had me on my way in no time. Great atmosphere and just overall nice people! I highly recommended!

Popped a tire today, called this place I found on the internet, spoke to Spencer and he had a replacement tire, at a great price and he mounted, balanced and rotated all my tires at no extra cost! This will be my new tire center for everything. Thanks Spencer!!!

This has to be one of the friendliest shops in Naugatuck. The best and most caring staff. They love their job, the cars and the customers that come in. I've had my tires and brakes replaced here and they have always done an exceptional job. I was a little bit short on the price for my brakes and they brought the price down to help me out. Not too many shops out there will do that. They're also very honest about the work they do and how much everything will come out before anything is done. Sometimes, they waive fees because they care about the community. I highly recommend this shop if you need certain repairs done on your car.

I switched to Economy Tire about a year ago and just used them again today. I had a great experience this time just like the other times. They take me right in and mount my tires in the time it takes for me to walk across the street and get something to drink or eat. As compared to the place I left that started taking a couple of days for even a small job. Plus the people are all nicer and the prices are the best around.

i highly recommend this place! I went there thinking I needed tires and I was going to buy four used tires. Spencer was honest enough to tell me that I didn’t need them saving me saving me $250!!! a man of integrity !! ??you don’t find that much out here.!! thank you Spencer!!!!
