Always understaffed and lines and these women have to do the best they can to move the line. More people needed. Management help them. They deserve breaks but that leaves one cashier. Nice people there.

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to express a concern regarding an interaction my partner had with a staff member at your Dollar Tree location on November 11th, 2023, at approximately 3:53 pm.
My partner approached the store with genuine interest in potential job opportunities and respectfully inquired about any available positions. Unfortunately, the response he received was both unprofessional and misleading. The staff member not only displayed a discourteous attitude but also provided inaccurate information by stating that there were no job openings at that time.
Subsequent to this interaction, I took the initiative to review your company's official website, where I discovered that there were indeed positions available. Such discrepancies between official listings and the information provided to potential applicants can lead to confusion and a lack of trust in the hiring process.
As patrons of Dollar Tree and members of the community, we value transparency, fairness, and professionalism in all interactions. It is essential for the reputation and integrity of your establishment that accurate and courteous information is consistently provided to individuals expressing interest in employment opportunities.
I kindly request that you address this matter internally to ensure that all staff members are trained to offer accurate and respectful information to individuals inquiring about job openings. Additionally, I believe it would be beneficial to emphasize the importance of maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when representing Dollar Tree to the public.

I’m in here all the time. Today, the line was all the way down the snack aisle. Took me 20 minutes to check out 5 items. Those hard working ladies did a phenomenal job keeping the store together, the lines moving, and were very professional towards the complainers with nothing nice to say. Bravo, staff!

There are not enough cashiers and the maniyer today, Saturday 7/10/23 in the morning, is not very professional. The customer had a line for 25 minutes waiting and it took a long time.
