: Disheartening Experience at Russell's SpeedersI have been a loyal member of Russell's Speeders Car Wash for a while, trusting them with the upkeep of my vehicles. However, today's experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning my decision to continue as a member.I own two cars and decided to get them both cleaned today. To my surprise, Manager Jeff informed me that I couldn't clean my second car without signing up for another membership. I found this policy baffling, especially since I observed several cars without membership stickers freely using the vacuums. Yet, I was the only one asked to leave.When I requested clarification on this policy, Jeff not only placed a sign (in a location that was hard to see with minuscule text) stating it was for "unlimited members only", but he also rudely remarked that he didn't have to show me any policy. To add insult to injury, he went as far as threatening me with police involvement, accusing me of "stealing vacuum air".I've faithfully paid for my membership for the past two months. In that time, I've only visited once to clean the two cars I own. It's unacceptable to be treated with such disdain and disrespect. This experience has caused me significant distress, and I am compelled to contact the Better Business Bureau and other relevant agencies to bring this matter to attention.A business thrives on customer satisfaction and word-of-mouth referrals. Today, Russell's Speeders lost a loyal customer and gained a negative review due to the unjust treatment and unprofessionalism exhibited by one of its managers.

The car wash was great when it was Soapys but since they changed hands my wife and I have had nothing but trouble trying to get our billing correct as we both are signed up for the unlimited plans! I do like the car wash itself as they have free vacuums and detergents and brush's. I think it they start getting the billing right they can be the best car wash around!!

Excellent service and value! Russell was kind, attendant was friendly and all smiles, plus the self-serve area with vacuum, cleaner fluid and rags was so helpful! We'll be back! (Plus the light show and music made cleaning my car with my guy a fun activity.)

18$ the "works" car wash was eehhhh. Decent clean and shine from wax coat was nice on most of the car, but the wheel cleaning was horrific and their idea of "tire shine" is comical. Back of car was not washed completely, and the "pre" wash from attendant was almost non existent.

So good I was compelled to go in and thank the manager for a great experience. Pulled up and a nice young lady guided me thru my options with no hard sell. Wash was great for what it is- standard ride thru type. After pulled into vacuum area and realized they were free! Im used to having to pump in tons of quarters in order to do a thorough job. The best thing was that it sucked in a good way! Was able to really get all the floor and seats really clean. I wish I lived closer because I would go once a week!

I have a monthly membership and recommend Soapys. There has never been an issue with the wash or personnel who are always present. All the equipment is up to date, they just put in new vacuums. Seems that they invest in both their business and customers.

It has been fully updated!! New machines, new kiosks, new card machines and seems like they are about to have unlimited program. Always been going here but am very excited about the upgrades so happily willing to pay more and especially the unlimited program

I have a monthly plan on both my cars. They are fabulous, have an attendant cleaning the outside before you even get into the car wash automated bay. The clean is perfect every time so far. They appear to be very successful. There is always a car in front and in back of me, or it always appears that way to be. If you pay for the plan, they adhere a sticker on your windshield, and the automated system knows you paid ahead, and knows what kind of wash you ordered on your monthly plan. My car is always clean. Bird p**** mud, dust, pollen, no problem. You can go everyday to get your car wash if you need it.

This place is under new management and they definitely picked up the slack where it was before. Everything works now and works well. My go to car wash for touchless when I feel lazy and don't want to do it in my driveway.

This place is awesome!!! I was looking for a new car wash that is reliable and really gets my car clean, and this is the place! This is by far the best car wash in the area. The staff is nice and professional, the price is fair and the equipment is so new and clean. I got the monthly pass, so I go every day now. If you are looking for a great car wash, this is the place!!!

Love this place. Modern car wash that leaves my 2 cars sparkling clean. I have a membership and come through the tunnel multiple times per week. Free vacuums are a nice perk, too, but I usually just drive through. New owner & manager are very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Treating the employees like humans is something they can improve on. Yes it might look nice but i dont recommend going to a place where money is all that matters over customer service
